GH Glendale John Doe is not Jarrett.
Did they identify him ?GH Glendale John Doe is not Jarrett.
Body found in Glendale backyard identified as missing teenagerDid they identify him ?
I believe it was discussed and removed by moderators.Back again, feel like I know a lot more after my journey down the rabbit hole. Ignore my question above, found the answer. But I now have many more questions.
The search warrants that were served at the Brooks home and in Phoenix in January this year, were for computer forensics and cyber communications. Interesting that it took six months for that to happen. Equally interesting, is there was another occasion twenty years ago where this same scenario played out, but for very different reasons. Why has this not been discussed here?
In some ways this case reminds me of Sebastian Rogers.
In all the MSM stories I read, I didn’t see it described as running back and forth. Walking across the field away from his home, is what I read.I believe it was discussed and removed by moderators.
I'm new to the case as well. Wondering about the supposed sighting in the field, running back and forth with a gun? Could he have been hunting, playing out a scenario, on the verge of a mental health episode?
I like to be hopeful in these cases, but Jarrett has been gone for over a year. What are the possibilties here?RSBM
“As of right now, all of those leads, those tips, those attempts to track down any sort of like geolocating footprint, digital footprint, things like that. They’ve all returned with no results, unfortunately,” said Whipple.

Refreshing myself with this case, this article implies the ranchers account of seeing who he believed to be Jarrett is valid and that dogs tracked a scent on a trail past the ranchers home where it abruptly ended. I mention this as I remember there was some previous discussion on the validity of the sighting. The tracks abruptly ending leads Jarrett's parents to believe he was picked-up by someone - maybe someone he just met or didn't fully trust (hence the gun).Jarrett Brooks disappeared after taking his parent’s gun
The teenager had been grounded for damaging one of the family’s vehicles.www-newsnationnow-com.cdn.ampproject.org
At least in my area, it’s not uncommon for CPS to keep tabs on a kid who has run away and/or had a lot of legal issues or mental health episodes. Even if the guardian isn’t accused of abuse or neglect, they will sometimes get involved to support the family with the mindset that the child likely needs intervention beyond what the caregivers can give.Sources said he left without his wallet, correct?
Was there ever a reward offered?
Why did child protective services have to get involved?
The White Mountain Independent has some interesting information, IMHO.
