Maira Galarza, one of the police officers who participated in the search for Loan in Corrientes , took days off after the minor disappeared in the province. According to journalists from Crónica TV, the woman is believed to be the partner of the arrested police commissioner, Walter Maciel. According to information provided by that channel, she was one of those who had been part of the operation in which it was said that Loan had appeared in a shack.

This version was given by Laudelina before the court. Loan's aunt reportedly said that she heard some policemen on the radio saying that Loan had appeared "safe" in a shack.

In the framework of the investigation into the whereabouts of Loan Danilo Peña, Macarena, Laudelina 's daughter, appeared this Sunday to testify before the federal court in the city of Goya and said that her mother was offered a house, a car and a motorcycle to say that the child was run over.

In addition, the woman denied the version of the accident, 24 days after the search, so now they are investigating the veracity of these statements.

"At dawn, Macarena received a call from someone she knows. That person asked her, under threat of Laudelina having an 'accident' in the Ezeiza prison, that she should declare the version of manslaughter again , " Diego Gabrielle told C5N . She added that they asked her to file a complaint like her mother's, but for fear of being imprisoned, she told everything to the lawyers.

Luminol tests will be carried out in the church of 9 de Julio. The analysis will be carried out in the temple and also in an adjoining house, which was inhabited by Commissioner Walter Maciel.

Fernando Burlando requested Luminol testing measures in the church. Not only in the temple but also in the house where Commissioner Maciel lived, located next door.

Five months ago Walter Maciel arrived at 9 de Julio and Father Cristian heard him say that he was sleeping on the floor of the police station. He had a conversation and offered him the house that is next to the church. There are some suspicions about the link between the priest and Maciel. The truth is that the neighbors talk about the relationship. Maciel lived here for a while, then moved to another place. Apparently, they were seen together at festivities and barbecues," Salonia described in La voz de.

Luminal tests at the church seems like the investigators are looking for evidence of a sacrifice. Daniel Ramirez was the one who called the psychic supposedly to ask where Loan is, but maybe to let him know that Loan was actually captured.

This kind of goes back to something seen at the grandmother's place earlier on - an altar.

There were suspicions about it because one person that dealt with a similar case (child disappearance) mentioned the religious practice was more or less mixed and in that case it ended with that child's sacrifice.

Not saying the grandmother is behind it, but she did come up as part of a sacrifice theory because of her religion and the altar she has inside her home.

Key testimony refutes Benitez's alibi. In another significant development, a witness has refuted Antonio Benitez's version of his whereabouts on the day Loan Peña disappeared. Benitez stated that he crossed paths with Cristian Gutierrez in a supermarket while he was buying batteries for a flashlight. However, Gutierrez denied this version.

Gutiérrez said that, upon seeing Benítez's WhatsApp status about the search for his nephew, he immediately went to the field of Catalina Peña, Loan's grandmother. He said that he met Benítez at the entrance to the road to Catalina's house, and not at the supermarket as Benítez had claimed.

I never understand why people give alibis and use people as their alibi witnesses who then totally deny it ever happened. Benitez claims he ran into his friend at the market----yet the friend says it never happened? Did Benitez think his friend would just lie to LE for him?

I wonder what time this was that his friend saw the WhatsApp status and drove to Catalina's house and ran into Benitez? Was Benitez coming or going?

What kind of religion ends in a child sacrifice? o_O

The presence of an unidentified man on the day Loan's loot was planted could open a new line of investigation. The man had arrived there in a grey Toyota Hilux pickup truck , whose license plate was allegedly incorrectly noted by Commissioner Maciel.

However, when they searched for a similar license plate, they found that it was a van registered in Escobar, which belonged to an evangelical church called “Cielo de Dios”, which would have a branch in 9 de Julio, in Corrientes.

This new line of investigation also suggests that this vehicle could be in Chaco , where Carlos Pérez , one of those arrested in this case, has his department .

The importance of the van is that it appeared on the same day that Loan's loot was planted , one of the elements that led to the commissioner's arrest.

This information could also change the situation of Maciel, who is currently detained, as he would have an active role and not just be a cover-up.

WOW wow wow

So if this info is credible this is shaping up to be a weird conspiracy involving a crazy aunt, her connection to an evangical church, which is just a cover for a child trafficking ring, and a corrupt police commissioner who helps the kidnappers get away by staging the scenes and altering the evidence. And on top of that, the reason for the kidnappings may be for religious sacrifice ? And there are about 10 people involved in the crime and the coverup so far?

What kind of religion ends in a child sacrifice? o_O

Syncretism <<< Full Article

Loan's disappearance:

What is syncretism and what is the cult practiced by the child's grandmother for which she was seriously accused?

The grandmother of the minor who disappeared in Corrientes more than two weeks ago, is said to practice a religious cult linked to rituals and invocations, according to a recent complaint by lawyer Marcelo Hanson.

What does the habit consist of?

Further down in the same article...

Catalina Peña

In this regard, the latter recently received serious accusations regarding her relationship with syncretism , the religious cult she practices.

Further down in the same article...

Hanson added that "Catherine had promised to make food for the saint and that is not typical of saints of the Catholic religion," since they "are not offered food." "It may or may not be related to the boy's disappearance ," he said.

In addition, the lawyer pointed out that his accusation is based on a video he saw previously, so he would have "experience in the subject" after "having intervened in the Ramoncito case ." The latter refers to a child who in 2006 was murdered in a satanic mass.

FYI:

I thought when I read it a week or so ago (one of the first stories I read) that it was a case Hanson worked on, but Im not certain if he just saw a video or he actually intervened in the Ramoncito case which lead to that 2006 sacrifice.

Alex Murdaugh's lies seem amateurish compared to these folks.

I think this is the craziest case I have followed. It gets more and more insane.

I hope Loan is found safely but I am afraid he won't be. Poor child.

Imo.

The aunt said he was killed last week by being run over and yet this week she has mentioned him being alive maybe twice.

I'm all for him being alive!

If he is alive, it may be because they couldn't do the ritual sacrifice yet because of all the arrests and the people watching them now?

What purpose would a sacrifice mean to them though?

Like would it be for wealth? Good crops? Health? Long Life? Appeasement? Revenge?

I would hope it isn't something as horrible as that, but it could be a possibility just as much as human trafficking.

If it is a ritual carried out from time to time in that specific area - it wouldn't be so well known. Obviously! I would hope it isn't anything as sordid as that, however.

Let's hope the pressure is kept up so that he is returned home one way or the other only I hope he is still alive.

Camila & What She Recalls Happened on June the 13th, 2024. <<< FULL ARTICLE.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I did look.

From the article -

Camila also became the main witness in this case. Check out the version of the accident that her aunt rehearsed before the judge was charged this Friday. He testified twice in the case, the last time was 24 hours ago and he spent 5 and a half hours with the judge. “I don't trust Laudelina” he started a conversation alone with infobae.

Further down in the article...

He doesn’t know what to think José Pena, the young child’s father. The man’s attitude while looking for a loan on last June 13th makes him suspicious.

It seems she doesn't trust Laudelina or Jose Pena (Loan's father).

Fernando Burlanco, said that "more police officers should be charged" and assured that Commissioner Walter Maciel did not work alone in the disappearance of the minor, which is why he requested an examination of the police station.

We are generating situations with Paraguay and Bolivia. A piece of information that gained a lot of strength came up through this line. It was not information that allowed me to notify the Justice because I had no way of proving it. In Bolivia they said that he could be in Cobija and they were going to take him over a bridge to Brazil called the international bridge of friendship.

Burlando said that he will travel to Paraguay on Wednesday. The information we had was that they wanted to transfer Loan in the last 48 hours.

Tomorrow I'm going to Corrientes and on Wednesday I'm in Paraguay to see if I can see the Minister of Security. In Bolivia, I'm doing the same thing for the two days ," says Fernando Burlando.

In Bolivia, a tip that caught a lot of attention came through a special telephone line. It was not a tip that would allow us to report it to the courts because there was no way to corroborate it. And what I was able to confirm is that in Bolivia they said that the creature could be in the city of Cobija and that they were going to take it over a bridge to Brazil called the International Bridge of Friendship . And, unfortunately, I was able to communicate with Bolivian authorities and the first question that the person I reached asked me was 'who is Loan?'

I really hope Fernando Burlando turns out to be the hero of this story.

"The commissioner was in league with Caillava and Pérez, who were directly involved in the abduction. We do not exclude that Loan was held in the police station."

“There are certainly police officers who should be charged . Any police commissioner of Maciel’s characteristics cannot work alone in these types of situations. That is why we requested the guard book because no one had investigated who worked on the 13th and 14th. It seemed that anything goes and many things were not recorded in that book,” he explained.

Finally, he focused on the former commissioner, Walter Maciel: "Just as he planted false evidence, we are doing a particular job and we discovered that Maciel even took Loan's mattress. That complicates everything for us, finding his scent, his DNA and many things that clearly show that this was perfectly planned."

This just keeps getting more bizarre.

Marcarena Pena gave the surname of the person who pushed them. "My mother was threatened. The lawyer told her that if she testified that he would give her a house, a motorcycle. But, as it was not enough to convince my mother, he threatened us ," said Macarena. When the reporter asked her on air if that lawyer was Fernández Codazzi, she answered yes.

“What Macarena tells us is that Laudelina’s lawyer, José Fernández Codazzi, was the one who coerced her. What we understand is that Codazzi is a lawyer who is very close to the governor, so he would have some influence. We do not want to confirm anything, but it is possible that the lawyer will be called to testify as well. He is the same one who advised her to make another type of statement. Macarena told us that he was also the one who urged her to follow that version, something she refused to do. “Everyone will have their own statements to try to distance themselves from certain people who try to cover up what really happened,” Daniel Rubio said.

Similarly, and when asked if what Macarena Benítez said is related to human trafficking, he said: “What Macarena said has to do with human trafficking. We believe that, if she has valuable and relevant information, she should testify in the next few hours and that Justice can use that information to find Loan. That brings us a little closer, and it is very valuable that Macarena wanted to testify and did not let herself be intimidated.”

Finally, and recalling the role of Fernández Codazzi in this case, she explained: “Macarena is appearing before the court because she has received threats that she should testify otherwise. If she did not do so, perhaps her mother or her siblings could be harmed. When asked about who was the one who made the threats, she pointed the finger at Laudelina Peña’s lawyer, José Fernández Codazzi.”

STATEMENT GIVEN BY VICTORIA CAILLAVA AT THE POLICE STATION

CAILLAVA -
My name was (is?) Maria Victoria Caillava... she was on May 9, I think it was, because she went with the Virgin and there she told me on the 13th. I was about to have lunch, she told me about San Antonio, I already knew of course, I told her I remember because I have so many things. What I tell her makes me remember and she made me remember and I knew that she was there.

OFFICER - (not translated).

CAILLAVA - Yes, yes, she told me. Look, in June I'm wanting to do....

OFFICER - ....Laudelina?

CAILLAVA - I knew she was going to be there because she is the daughter who goes every day to cook for the mother but she (I?) didn't know about the others.

OFFICER - (not translated)

CAILLAVA - No no no no no..

OFFICER - (not translated)

CAILLAVA - No no no...

OFFICER - .....about Jose?

CAILLAVA - No because the truth is that I didn't know.

OFFICER - ....Laudelina?

CAILLAVA - No, I assumed that Laudelina was going to be there because she was the other time. She was the one who cooked. We had lunch, it was quick. Let's say lunch and the women get up to wash the dishes and since the boys were not bad, they wash the table there on a small platter and they put the plates on top of the table. He saw, and the boys sort of go to look for the tangerines because Catalina has a mandarin plant there, six steps from where we were having lunch, and they are going to look for mandarins, they all come here (go?). The four of us stayed just over (at?) the table, which was: Catalina, my husband, Jose, Loan's father and I. The four of us stayed at the table permanently. I thought that Laudelina had been in the kitchen and not and that the others went to take the tangerine and it turned out that... upon entering Catalina's house, she has a patio, so well, under the grass, I thought they were all there because at no time was (did?) anyone said (say?) that they were going to the mountains, or, I didn't hear them ask permission from Loan's father. We took him to Loan (they took Loan?). At no time did they mention anything, nothing at all.

(break in video)

....one that I must have been 2-4 or so, he told me 'let's go' because that day he was playing River. We are the partner and fan of River.

(break in video)

....as my husband was insisting me to go right away because the road was quite ugly. I told Catalina to buy (sell?) me some tangerines to take and drink (during?) the game, while watching the game at my house. Let's (I?) go with Catalina, let's put down (pick?) the tangerines and he (she?)... and then Laudelina joins us and starts helping us put down (pick?) the tangerines.

(break in video)

....my husband and Jose, Loan's dad, stayed at the table talking, they were still at the table, they never moved from the table and after a while they didn't more (move?) then she (Laudelina) arrived at the one we had, we took down (picked?) the tangerines more. She (Laudelina) receives a phone call there, she receives a phone call and she withdraws a little from us, she moves away again a little from the tangerine plant and there I heard her talking. She was talking and then Vicky (Laudelina?) comes to me and tells me 'I'm leaving you, I'm leaving because Antonio called me and he tells me that Loan wanted to come near his father and he asks (asked?) me 'has he arrived here' and 'he didn't arrive?' he (she?) tells me 'I'm going to look for him and I'm going to meet him at the alley'. I took it to mean that Loan was coming and that she was going to meet us (him?).

(break in video)

....let's go to my truck, we get in, we load the tangerines and I told Catalina 'anything, let me know'

OFFICER - And Laudelina was still with you?

CAILLAVA - No, she said goodbye to us and she and Jose and the two of them left and we left. We said goodbye to everyone.

OFFICER - ....all went together?

CAILLAVA - Yes sir, all together. When I arrived at my house there was light on July 9 (Avenida 9 de Julio), there was no light (coincidently, there was a power cut that afternoon). Then I receive the call from Catalina, that it must have been approximately 3 o'clock, 3, less a minute or two, I don't know.

OFFICER - (not translated)

CAILLAVA - I don't know say ten.. we didn't have light, of course, we didn't have light but it was at that moment..

(break in video)

....and she tells me, Victoria (Catalina?) tells (asks?) me 'you didn't see Loan on the way?', 'no Catalina' 'we didn't find the little boy' he (she?) tells me. She tells (asks?) me 'look at your truck, if he didn't go up to hide', maybe (after?) talking to Catalina I'm leaving, we both go to the truck, we look, I even jumped down because I saw that sometimes the boys get into the cardanus (google search says it's a drive shaft) there or something, you think, I don't know what I know. I looked at everything and I told Catalina - 'look Catalina, he's not here' I tell him (her?) 'I'm going to call the police', I tell him (her) why we have to tell him (them?) not (not) to help look for him before the sun comes in at 6. The sun is already coming in or it's starting to set. Come in let's go to get more help and that's how (why?) I called. It's on my cell phone, there will be all the records of the calls. I called a known police officer and he told me - 'Vicky, hey, I'm not on duty but I'm going to give your number to the Officer Torres to call you and Officer Torres called me approximately 10 minutes later and I also asked him to please ask the firefighter to come help us. I broke (hung?) up with Officer Torres and we picked up coats and water and we (I?) went with my husband back to the field. We arrived at our house, we were there at the time when communication was made with Catalina. I called the police officer afterwards, the officer called me, we looked at the truck and we returned to the field.
