It was DS the mom that wrote that email. If you look at the full document you can see that it is signed off with "Mom", and that she was the author.

Some of the emails mentioned them needing to set up DS individual account. So I'm guessing they hadn't set it up yet and thw mom and dad were sharing the account to send the emails.

no clue what specific circumstance she is alluding to here with the BBM portion but suggests to me that previous incidences where SS has been in some sort of trouble, he convinced his mother that the thing was someone else's fault and he had to shoulder the blame because he was no snitch. Sounds like SS mother has believed for a long time that her sweet boy couldn't possibly do wrong. BARF

IMO, this exposes more lies that SS told LE and (probably everyone he knows), because from the way he talked about his parents in his police statements, I would have thought his parents were incapacitated by dementia and at death's door, and not capable of writing an email like we see here, or making Amazon orders, navigating the prison inmate communication systems, etc. etc... seems she is perfectly capable of these things and more.

I had already thought this when we learned that his dad drove into town after Maddie's disappearance and showed he had no trouble doing things on his own.

So obviously, both his mom and dad are still mentally fit, unlike the impression SS tried to give when he talked about them and having to stay at their house to supposedly take care of them, as they "make their end-of-life plans", I think was how he worded it. But no one probably believed any of that already anyway.

The pile of things JS was “unaware of” is very suspicious to me. One or two weird things could escape any of our notice but the sheer amount of things she had to be unaware of before, during, and after her child’s murder to be innocent in all this is really something.

According to the caller to Grey Hughes, mother already KNEW he had CSAM on the network and was photographing a woman secretly in the shower when he had a roomate - whom she allegedly paid off to shut up and forget about it. The only thing I can come up with here is maybe he told mommy that the CSAM and camera were his roomate's (not his), and she bought it? Fair, but then why did mommy pay the roomie off to shut up? Was it her impression her son was being blackmailed? A simple call to police would have shut that down immediately. HOw did mommy even find out that her son was invovled in some sort of CSAM / photographing thing with the roomate anyhow??
3. I want to know where CS went when HE left the hotel room? I hope LE have worked out where his car travelled to and that it is as simple as he went out to eat or walk or something to clear his head. He's not accused, so I won't linger here.
4. JS was not ignorant of him leaving. I'm sure of it. She was observed walking the dog whilst he was puttering about in her car. This is per the massive doc drop in dropbox that I cannot link as its saved to my pc directly. Maybe she thought he went out in his dad's car? I could believe that. yeah, as upset as I am with some of JS decisions, DS trashing her and blaming JS for her precious son's SA and videotaping said SA of MS for YEARS is beyond the pale. I think there's a strong possibility she knows exactly what kind of person her son is, but is perfectly happy to do anything to enable him to not face consequences. So her automatic instinct is to blame everyone else in the vicinity except her son for her son's behaviour.

Im just wondering when he would have had time to explain all this to his mom? what did he say., "I've been caught with 1700 pics of graphic CSAM material, but Jenn is heavily involved. or heavily involved in the murder? Wouldn't that be a confession? when would he have told her all that? He has been incarcerated since day 3 or 4?
we've seen his phone calls from prison (up to may). Dad had a few very short calls and everything is recorded after that.
I guess it's possible the cops could have tried that tactic to see what he would say, but would it be credible anyway?? so IDK.
I think she came up with this idea.

So I'm thinking that the time between EV1 and the moving to the trunk was not long enough for decay to create anything the dog would respond to, though finding DNA from MS's body fluids in the trunk would make the lack of dog response, largely moot.

The Nissan going to the same site would have occurred something like 21 to 26 hours after EV1 and short of direct contact exposure, the transference would presumably be "trace".

I think you have a much more optimistic outlook on her and her motivations than I do, but that's fine.

I can't help but assume the worst, but that's my opinion only.
