When will the probable custody fights start I wonder?
That might depend on whether or not dad is found guilty of his charges. When will the probable custody fights start I wonder?
Thank you for keeping us up-to-date, Cliff.Dennis appeared in Adelaide Magistrates Court on March 13th. He reportedly remained silent throughout the proceedings.
The Magistrate approved a request from the prosecution for a 5 month adjournment to allow police time to complete a crash reconstruction.
Dennis remains on bail and has had his reporting requirements removed.
I must admit I find it unusual that Dennis is out on bail, considering the charges.
“Rohan Dennis, a former world champion cyclist, was arrested in January and charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving without due care and endangering life.
Police allege Dennis recklessly struck the 32-year-old mother of two with his car in front of their home in Medindie in Adelaide’s inner north on December 30.”

According to the publication, it was around 8pm under clear skies when Hoskins jumped onto the bonnet of the ute and tried to grab the door handle in an attempt to stop the vehicle.
It's physically impossible, IMO.This part has never made sense to me. Because who could reach the door handle from the bonnet? Pretty much no-one, is my guess. Especially with that side mirror in the way, and with the vehicle moving.

Hi Megnut, there has been no mention that the children were in the car, thankfully.
It would explain a lot, if she were trying to protect her children, stopping him from fleeing with them. I hope the children weren't in the car... but if both parents were in/around the car, who was with the littles? Where were they?We have never heard where the children were during this altercation.
This all happened at about 8pm on a Saturday evening. There are two children. A boy, about 5 years old at the time. And a girl who looked to be about 3 years old in a pixelated pic I have seen in Fox Sports.
If it wasn't their bedtime already, it probably was quite soon. Being a summer's evening, it would still have been light out. So the kids could have been late to bed, wherever they were.
