Very weak defense-they did nothing to counter the prosecution other than the handwriting analysis-no computer expert etc. Which makes me think they have been conceding a guilty verdict since the start and will simply try to save CC's life.

Another interesting note-where was the gold's gym...
good thing CC paid all that money to his stellar defense team...1st the state owns them on their case and now the defense expert blows up in their face...CC should be having visions of lots of bars right now, b/c that is what he will be seeing for the rest of his pathetic life.
I could even see a plea deal announced tomorrow...this has gone pretty bad for the defense...CC will then have to face the victims family when they give their statements--at this point, plea to life in prison, walk out the door and never have to face the families and friends who will absolutely...
wonder what motive Keith Coleman would have to wipe out his brother's family--seems like a ludicrous idea, but perhaps all the defense has and of course they need family DNA so gotta go with the brother.
good point wrinkles--right now, the defense is simply rearranging deck chairs on the titanic--hard to believe they go down without some sort of "Gotcha"!
We'll find that out soon enough...but still going to have an uphill battle getting all 12 jurors to go to the "not guilty" camp....
To anything thinking he could walk-remember, the jury would have to vote 12-0 that he's not guilty...not likely...the greater risk is a mistrial where there's some stubborn juror who won't go with the rest and it's 11-1 or 10-2. Even that possibility is slim...99% chance of a guilty verdict and...
Me too! Also of interest-they took the trim from CC's Ford Explorer...wonder what that was for...

looks the prosecution is tying up loose ends and going for the clincher here...way too much info against CC...
