I was watching some thing on investigation discovery on another case and they said in this day and age today (not 2006) they can locate a phone and know where it is within a radius of 3 to 5 feet and if it’s on a first, second, third floor, etc. Amazing how quickly technology has progressed.
Am I crazy or is this our first insight to the unveiling of who "Ben" the maintenance manager at the Mosiac who was with Chino really is? Mataele Penisimani? This document is from the website : www.justiceforchandra.com :: View topic - Jennifer Kesse Disappearance Discussion
Dragged her into another empty apartment (the one directly across from hers), assaulted her, killed her and then moved her later without ever making a scene. (Possibly wrapped in a carpet)
I believe and will always that Chino was “unknowingly” an accomplice in the sense that was dropping off Jennifer’s car at HOTG. I believe the English speaking worker (Chino’s boss) who was sitting in the van with him when Jennifer’s brother arrived at the complex frantically searching for her is...
There weren’t a lot of people around as these condos were under heavy construction at that time. I.e. the apartment across from her was vacant (appeared under construction).

“Mosaic at Millenia Apartments” was formerly named “The Tradition” from when it was built in 2003-2005 and here are some of the reviews of this SAME complex: Ratings & Prices for Tradition, Orlando, FL

Wow, very good site here: https://www.actus-reus.com/jennifer-kesse-evidence
Drew Kesse has said that a full set of keys to everyone’s unit at Mosaic had previously been stolen. He also says that a key making machine with a box full of blanks was out in plain sight in the condo office...
I was reading in many of the Mosiac apartment reviews that the security guard booth attendant at the Mosiac had a connection to the car towing service in the area. MANY tenants complained that the Mosiac was towing their cars because they would get a “kick back” because they knew the people at...
