    I’m going to contact Lakewood PD cold case department, and see what can be done to try and resolve this. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I am shooting in the dark.

    Jakeob was cremated. I believe they collected DNA but I could be wrong, you have to remember it was early 90s and DNA evidence was just being introduced.

    They found no connection from the Missouri incident, I believe one of them was incarcerate at the time of ML murder... but that was my first inclination after I saw that on the news, it was so closely related

    It definitely seems that there is possibly more than one individual involved, that could be the reason the renter didn't come down and intervene. Is it possible he recognized the voice or voices, was he scared

    I have not seen Maggie's father "San Ca Long" around Bailey at all, he usually is running the LQ "liquor store" and or cooking in the restaurant, further more her mother "Heather" has not been around at all either.
