CT CT - Janice Pockett, 7, Tolland, 26 July 1973

Coincidentally, Lisa White's Charley Project page was updated today to include a few new details. I had her case pegged for a stranger abduction, but now I wonder if maybe she knew her killer: http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/w/white_lisa.html

http://www.wfsb.com/story/21641993/vernon-police-investigating-after-human-remains-found Curiously, 3 girls went missing from the Vernon area and are presumed murdered: Deborah Spickler (1968), Janice Pockett (1973-Tolland), and Lisa White (1974). It's too early to say whether the remains...

CT CT - Janice Pockett, 7, Tolland, 26 July 1973

I've been following this thread closely, but don't post much. From what I've learned, the remains are skeletal, but at this point police aren't saying/don't know how old they are, the gender or age. They ARE, however, looking at the MP cases from the 60's and 70's. They're making a huge deal...

If I remember correctly, no reconstruction of the 3rd victim found in 2007 was created because her skull was never found.

Bumping. Has anyone heard any updates on this case. I finally got an email to go through to LE but haven't heard anything back yet...

mae, I used the following address: police.service@city.saskatoon.sk.ca There's a link to this in the first post. Hopefully my second email went through, but I appreciate you calling in the tip in any case. Thanx:))

CANADA Canada - Saskatoon, WhtFem 498UFSK, early 1900s murder victim, Jun'06

My email to Saskatoon police service bounced back. They didn't receive it, and it took me 2 days to receive the bounce-back notice. I live in the States so it would be very expensive to call Canada? I'll try emailing again, but would someone else mind calling in the tip in case that works better?

CANADA Canada - Saskatoon, WhtFem 498UFSK, early 1900s murder victim, Jun'06

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/a/arnold_dorothy.html This is the only missing persons report I have come across that fits the time period. She matches the physical description, and was upper-class. She disappeared a FAR away from Saskatoon though, but I guess anything is possible...

    Identified! CT - New Britain, Wht/HispFem 175UFCT, 17-20, Sep'95 - Elizabeth Honsch

I just saw on the news that police received several more leads from the Albany area and are investigating them (no details yet). I'm hoping this case is on the verge of being solved, and these two poor women finally get justice. I'm also wondering if the DNA from these two was compared against...

The height is an exact match (don't know too many girls that are 5'10"). I know she went missing from a different part of the country, so it's probably a long shot, and the photo of her isn't very good. http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/r/reglar_yvonne.html

Not that I'm aware of. I thought their faces looked VERY similar and that a match was in the realm of possibilities, but what do I know?

I just heard back from the writer. Police don't believe Correra is a match to Jane Doe. Apparently their facial structures are too dissimilar and their ages aren't close enough.

I asked her about two weeks ago whether she knew if Nini Correra had been ruled out as a match. She didn't but would talk to the detective.

Nini does look like a real possibility. It's funny, I looked at that case not long ago and it didn't click. Anyone know if she's been ruled out?

CT CT - WM DEVIN HOWELL, New Britain, 2003 and possibly earlier

They just found the 3rd (actually 4th) body, so I think it's still possible that more remains could be found (although I hope not!). I'm assuming they did a thorough search of the area for evidence when Jane Doe was found in '95, so all the bodies they've found have been placed there since then...

I also think it would be a good idea to merge these two threads. There's no doubt in my mind that they're related. It will be interesting to see if a cause of death for the other three women is established, and if they died from large caliber gunshots as well.
