This is a really sad story. What is really sad is that a 5 year old knew how to treat his sister better then there parents. I really hope they end up in a great home with loving people and a life full of happiness.

I went to high school with a girl named Brandy Rowe. She would be 28 also, it was in ohio so I don't know if it is the same person. There are not any pics of her on any of the news sites I looked at.
