Yes - I have followed every aspect of the trial. I noted that your opinion is that Tostee dangled her over the balcony. Note that neither side are stating that this occurred or arguing that it occurred - it is irrelevant. Where are you getting this idea from?
There is just no way possible that he can be convicted of murder. Even manslaughter - would a reasonable person forsee that somoene would attempt to climb down from a 14th floor balcony? I don't believe so. How this has even gone to trial is beyond me.
