From what I can tell banks keep transaction records for 7 years, but there's something about keeping other records for 7 years from the end of the customer relationship with the bank (hope that makes sense).

I assumed 7 years at the most as that is a hell of a lot of data to keeping (even if kept on something like iCloud/OneDrive). I will (hopefully today) have a look to see what I can find in regards to it. ATM I am trying to catch up on the other previous threads on here about the case.

In regards to bank records, I could be wrong, but do they only keep records for a certain length of time? For some reason 5 or 7 years comes to mind but...
