What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

We will never agree. I await the promised evidence of innocence. If the defense provides it, I will be the first to change my mind and support them.

    Misskelley's I.Q.

Sorry. Most newer published studies require subscriptions. I don't know a free way for you to see them. I won't link to them again.

    Misskelley's I.Q.

The point of the study was that the results become unreliable if the subject knows the purpose of the test.

    My Theory

Damien definitely seemed full of contempt. I am always hearing how he was a despised outcast. But never any specifics. Do you know who made him feel cast out? What was done to him that indicated he was an outcast?

    Misskelley's I.Q.

He was tested after the fact. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0191886907002863

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

That is just your opinion and we disagree. An article in a newspaper doesn't mean it's true. I'm not here to pry into anyone's personal life. However, I believe we are allowed to discuss the perpetrators personal life if it relates to the case. I suppose I don't really care how she feels...

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

Yes, but it is like she intentionally sought him out and then kicked off a massive PR campaign. Maybe nothing we post about is anyone's business. But that's why we are here. You think she loves him. I think they are both opportunistic. Even if he didn't even like her, why would he say so...

    My Theory

I disagree. His reaction indicates to me that even if he didn't do it, he had a serious mental disorder. He never acted sad or even angry.

    Misskelley's I.Q.

He is either suggestible or not. He can't only be suggestible when it benefits the defense.

Relationships with family after being released

Well. I guess it is up to the defense to present new evidence to him. I won't be holding my breath for that.

    Misskelley's I.Q.

The fact he is suggestible makes it more likely that Echols got him to go along with the murder.
  12. AngelontheRiver

    My Theory

I don't know what he thought, but he showed no compassion. That is definitely abnormal.

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

So, no one really knows. I thinks it's weird that she somehow hooked up with this much younger, convicted murderer and now he is free and they are both rich and famous. She must be a pr genius.

What have we learned in the case of the WM3?

I think that relationship is very odd. The situation with the donations seems very suspicious. I wonder if Damien's wife had any money of her own.

Relationships with family after being released

No one respects the privacy of the victim's families.

Life for the West Memphis Three - Free After the Alford Plea

Will there be testing or not? If not, how will they be exonerated?
  17. AngelontheRiver

    My Theory

He admitted he lied about the details, on purpose. Is there any documentation that he ever recanted?

Life for the West Memphis Three - Free After the Alford Plea

Why couldn't they be sued? OJ lost his civil suit. The burden of proof is less.

    Misskelley's I.Q.

I agree it's a moot point. As is the fact he is dumb.
