DW and Darrell allegedly went to Garnette's house on 5/13 (DW said he stayed in the car), and on 5/21 after DW returned from NY. Garnette is a good friend of Darrell. He testified today, I'll get to my notes on him soon, I'm going in the order they testified.

Writing up notes now, but since I mentioned the Facebook group yesterday, I wanted to mention that there are a couple people who post there who tend to mix their facts with their opinions. So if anyone is reading there I'd recommend taking with a grain of salt.

Court recessed for today. No trial tomorrow. Attorneys for both sides meeting with judge tomorrow to discuss jury instructions. The defense didn’t finish today, they expect to finish on Wednesday. Will write up notes as soon as I can.

I have a ton of notes but might not be able to write them up until after I catch up on work. I’m so stressed being without my work phone.

I thought the ME said sword was "possible." I don't think there was definitive confirmation. I believe I heard this on the podcast, but not 100% certain where I heard it.

Do they know for sure that the sword was used to kill Philip? I thought that Philip's DNA was only found on the strap of the handle of the sword. I don't think we know for sure that DW brought the zip ties to the house, only that they were found in the debris pile. There are several unknowns...
