This is MOO, I do know a family member of hers but I haven't been in contact with them about this. My feeling is that LE is using license plate tracers to find her locations. So for those asking why the family isn't searching more, how can they if she's on the move?
If I recall correctly, she told them not to come back with a verdict without the verdict form filled out. That opens a whole new can of worms and supports the defenses reasoning for why the jury form was confusing.
When drinking your blood thins to a degree that you are more likely to bruise if injured. Even in the cold.
So I imagine getting hit by a car would cause bruising, even if he was hit in the arm and went down. His body at least would show bruising from the impact with the ground. SWMOO
To be fair, I imagine they didn't just look at pictures. They would have looked at direction, distance, and speed. Also, the angle of the individual when hit based on evidence from the deceased body.
IANAP but I have more of a basic understanding than TP.
MOO
ETA: unlike other fields, physics is...
I have a question, how many of you good people have butt dialed someone with an IPhone or android? I'm literally curious because I haven't in about 18 years since I had a Blackberry.
Happy this is finally in the media, I know someone in the family.

Very local to me and shes known around the community to be a kind person. Hope they find her soon! Decatur (where her phone last pinged) is about an hour away.
I was thinking today about those arm injuries on JOK. Was he wearing a hoodie? I think he was... so in either case, scratch marks and bite marks by a dog OR being struck by a vehicle, in which case would it be more plausible that marks appeared and no bruising?
ETA I'm just curious how tail...
One thing we can say, is that this jury has spent longer deciding her guilt than Trooper Proctor ever did.
ETA: sorry if someone has said this before....
There have been very few trials that I've watched where I thought going in that the person was guilty only to think otherwise once the trial concluded, Zach Adams vs. The State of Tennessee, for instance. But like that case this one wasn't proven by the prosecution. Just because I want to...
Lally keeps trying and he's getting nowhere with this witness. Lol I love it "his body position doesn't matter because we don't have evidence that he was hit by a car."
