CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

It's clear he cheated before and throughout the marriage and never in doubt marriage didn't slow him down. Am I missing something here?

CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

I would find it bizarre too, but that is not what I said. I believe Ross wanted to be free from the burden of a child full stop. He didn't appear to have much interest in Leanna, I doubt he planned on staying married to her. I'm finding it difficult to comprehend the logic behind the court's...

CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

I find it bizarre that a man's frame of mind and interaction with other women - around the time his child died in such circumstances - would be considered (by some) as not being relative to why Cooper is dead. That's akin to thinking someone like Chris Watts' affair played no part in him...

Didn't work... @Laughing My above post was to you.

CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

I've been having problems for days trying to post. I can only see your name in the quoted reply box, no content. Hopefully it shows when it posts. If not, it was about your post during the trial when you suggested a car experiment. Didn't someone's husband try it and post pictures? I'm...

CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

Ahh, you're probably right! I am, yes. Usually there's just a 'this is unavailable in the EU' type thing & I get round it another way. This is an in-your-face message, I'll try adding it here. Thank you!

CONVICTION OVERTURNED GA - Ross Harris Trial Appeal, hot car death of son, Cooper

Just a heads up. I clicked on that link there and got a 'you have been blocked' message. Due to the action I performed, which was simply clicking the link. It states you can email the site owner, not possible when blocked. Weird. Delighted to hear she is involved. She was immense in that trial.

Wales. Mummified body found in his wife's garden

I remember this, it's a crazy story. I can't believe the woman who unwrapped the skeleton was in jail for four days, that's just ridiculous. I wasn't aware of that, at the time. I doubt either are really missed. They gave nothing to their children, but demons to carry for life.

***Websleuths Radio Podcast Exclusive Interview with Carrie Kain***

@Tricia Can you link me to Carrie's podcast, please? I'd like to listen to it again and can't find it. (I tried tagging beach, but it won't let me.)

Found Deceased FL - Tracey Lynn Rieker, 44, Venice, 30 Sept 2020

I hear you, I do too and have stored such things in the garage myself. Easier to move to the car. If she had them boxed, I guess she could have moved them quietly. I know my husband wouldn't notice missing boxes, unless they were conspicuous enough to miss. Like on the dining table or...

Found Deceased FL - Tracey Lynn Rieker, 44, Venice, 30 Sept 2020

Rsbm. Those are strange items to notice missing so soon. I'm not sure if he's saying that's what alerted him to something being off. According to CR, she had previously talked of cancelling Halloween and Christmas, so she .... what. Removed those things from the home at 3am and no one...

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

I don't know about you guys, but I cringed throughout that. I can't say this without sounding mean, but it was like watching Amateur Hour. It was ridiculous putting MP back on the stand to question him about someone else's thoughts & actions. When the Judge asked MP (rhetorically) if he wrote...

Carrie Kain Interview - Submit your questions here

The forum was glitching - for me at least - when you first posted about the interview with Carrie. I didn't realize 'till a few days later my questions hadn't posted and were still sitting in the inbox in a sort of faint print. I could have sworn I saw it posted, then wrote another post saying...

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

He said he'd like to remain silent. Judge then said to DT they could rest after break and go on to closings.

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

I don't know. This will remind the Jury the girls loved their Dad even knowing he had been arrested for their Mama's murder.

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

No doubt that'll come when his family talk about him, him and him. I wonder what on earth Bonnie can say. No matter what I think, this will be very hard on her. I hope I don't have to eat my words here.

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

I'm thinking they must be going to do it in phases, though that is unusual. I can't see MAG being the only one to speak when the State have already said there will be four. I saw AL with a sheaf of papers, though of course they could be her mother's. I wonder why no Pat today, maybe hearing...

***Jury Recommends DEATH for Mark Sievers*** Penalty/Sentencing Phase

The big guy sitting behind Mark in the purple looks like he wants to fly over those chairs and smash him one. Poor, poor, Mary.
