She obviously wasn't passed out cold or anything because she remembered noises PLUS what she saw. There is also evidence she was texting the other surviving roommate during the time around the murders. Hopefully, it wasn't a bunch of nonsensical emoticons like I get when my 3 year old grandson...
I have a question.
This is all a dreamed up scenario because I'm wondering about her being questioned.
Can DM testify to what she saw any acquaintances DO in the house prior to the call and *also* what they said? How far can that go?
I obviously don't know who all was there, who did what, etc.
Well, so far not one thing has been right. For instance, you said it wasn't windy. What mph gust does it take to move a door that's ajar, whether or not it's level? I think that's an important fact. I live with a serial non door closer. It takes nothing to move a door that literally isn't shut...
No. Just LE saying they had no knowledge.
Here's my hangup. With nothing more than a "well the door was open at 8:30" it could even be the first floor roommate went out to get something. We have absolutely no information as to what time that first floor roommate went to the 2nd floor that morning.
Which was corrected in the PCA. I'm fairly certain that was to protect the life of DM.

Just my opinion, not arguing something none of us can prove lol.
Well, my initial thought is wind can blow a door the rest of the way open. Also, if a door isn't hung 100% level it can tend to swing in one direction.
I'm a self styled expert in doors not being closed properly. ;)

Well, there's this:
“I’m not even sure where that came from, to be quite honest,” Fry told the Daily Mail on Thursday, adding that it was the first time he had heard anything about an open door...
