The mom is only 19 and has a 3 year old, 1 year old, and a newborn! None are of which are from the boyfriend that has been charged! This teenager needs to have her tubes tied.

I get what Kim is saying and I have to agree with most of it. I don't think any of us know at this point if it had to do with bullies or not. We are talking about a middle school kid who is still developing emotional, mentally, rationally, and so on. I find it odd that anyone would right away...

I haven’t completely finalized my thoughts on this case. There are some unanswered questions I have. These may have been answered already and I may have simply over looked it. Do these parents have any pervious complaints or charges filed against them with regards to child abuse or neglect...

Why won't tissue die from being crushed?

When I was 3 years old I climbed my dresser drawers and it fell on me. It was tall and heavy, however I was not hurt for what ever reason.

It's that what they do? I just thought being tried as an adult gives you a harsher punishment, longer sentence.
