Because trace amounts of cadaver or human blood may not be enough to prosecute DR and convict him it is certainly enough for LE to name him a POI mad for us to discuss him as THE suspect in this case. Why is that so hard to understand?

The phone book listings were a list of licensed caregivers such as halfway houses in 2014 in St. Joe, then suggested finding a similar list in 1989.

I haven't been able to find any exact addresses either. Obviously Patty knows of the address of the one that was by her house in1989. She said that neither her nor the police were aware of it.
