CA - Noah Cuatro, 4, drowning now ruled a suspicious death, Palmdale, July 2019 *parents charged*

Does anyone know where can we actually obtain the latest unsealed indictment documents from the grand jury? every article I read mentions them, but I can't find the actual report anywhere on the internet, which is frustrating. I'm sure they're probably heavily redacted but it would still be good...

What are the theories so far on why there is such a big gap between the 10 year old and the 2 year old (other than the baby being one of the older daughter's kids)?

I can guarantee this is how they did this. This is how my mom used to cut my poor grandfather's hair - bowl on the head. They were so poor they didn't have money for haircuts.

I mean...we already know DT likes teenage girls. He did marry a 16 year old when he was 24, indicating statutory rape at the very least. And I don't think I've ever heard of an abuse case involving children of both sexes this severe that didn't involve sexual abuse in some shape or form. Maybe...

I apologize for reverting to stereotypes of West Virginians here. I did not mean to assume that because she was from West Virginia her family is automatically poor and rural. I should know better, as I also know people from WV who do not fit the stereotype.

Or....aging? my mom has had similar thinning with age, as do I. Also, maybe she colors her hair. it certainly looks colored in the vow renewal photos. Repeated color jobs can lead to dry thinning hair and breakage at the part over time. My mom and I have both been coloring our hair since our...

I am tellng you though, where calls involve a minor child, this will be taken into consideration before releasing. Yes, it is public record, and yes it is the law, but they can withhold it if involves a minor child. It doesn't matter which agency has control over it. There are victim identity...

I agree and I also think that all of the family members on both sides have said some really bizarre things. The fact alone that DT's parents don't find a lot of it to be unusual or abusive, and don't even BELIEVE a lot of the evidence against them, says volumes. And I don't know what's going on...

It's only been a week. I think it's going to take a lot longer than that for them to recover. They are probably relieved as the DA said, but also in shock, scared, ashamed, confused...and traumatized.

Just because a request has been made doesn't mean the agency has to release it. If it involves a minor child, and in this case it does, and particularly one in an ongoing criminal investigation, that might prevent it from being released under the terms of the public records act.

Oh I think they definitely will, definitely for the minor children who have no legal guardian at the moment, and I also don't think the adults will be considered capable of making legal decisions for themselves, given their "lack of knowledge of life" described by the DA. I doubt they know...

I'm not sure why we're assuming that LT is the primary instigator of the abuse and DT is a less culpable participant. I see no evidence so far that they aren't BOTH psychopaths with equal motivation, capability and culpability in abusing their kids. Can someone explain where the theory that LT...

Researcher here. Nope, they will not be used for research purposes. Too many ethical issues for any institution to want to even touch them, and they would not be considered to have enough value or benefit to risk harm to the subjects. The only way someone could use them is if they enter the...

I wonder too...what was their long-term goal or plan? Did they think they could keep the "children" chained up forever? What would happen when Louise could no longer have children?

What if...Louise made one of the daughters "reproduce" with David because she was no longer fertile and desperate for another child? And this was pitched as a Sarah/Hagar/Abraham "God's will" type of situation? It does seem curious that the last child was born so long after the second youngest.

Since the victim who made the call is still a minor and the DA pressed the point of maximum protection, privacy and prevention of exploitation of the victims, I doubt the 911 call will be released.

For anyone fascinated by the apparent Disney obsession, there's a podcast called "This is Really Happening" that is personal life stories of real things that happened to the people narrating him. Episode #79 is called "What if the happiest place on Earth was your worst nightmare?" and it's...

My grandfather couldn't afford a hair cut so from an early age my mom would "help" by putting a bowl on his head and cutting it herself. (my poor grandfather was very nice about it, even though it probably looked awful). I think that's where the term bowlcut comes from. And I would guess thats...
