I don’t think NG’s Nest camera was connected to a power source, otherwise we’d see a cable sticking out of the wall underneath the bracket by the door (or at least a drill hole big enough for a USB cable where one would be, if the perp would have pulled the wire out.)
I think it’s more likely it...
I think he might have been walking it back partly out of tact and respect/dignity for NG and the family, and partly not to give the kind of information that only a perp would know, so as to not prejudice any future trials. Syllepsis is the name for phrases that can be used figuratively and...
Agreed, and depending on who you bank with, it can even be easily accessible directly within your banking app as one of the investment options. That’s not to say this is what the perp has done, obviously, as it wouldn’t be anonymous, just mentioning it to demonstrate how mainstream bitcoin...
I think the messages that were sent as actual emails were the ones claiming to be from someone who knows information on the crime and perps, whereas the ones claiming to be from the kidnapper have been web messages, sent via the “Send us a message”/“Leave us a comment” form on the TMZ and KOLD...
If part of his reason for the light was hoping that the brightness of a small, powerful bulb would obscure facial details from cameras, he might have thought that having it more centrally located in his mouth would do a better job of the circle of light covering his whole face than a light on...
It’s not that “Nancy’s address” is random noise, it’s that Google “peppers” any search result on Google Trends with a tiny amount of randomness, so as to not be as exact as the (valuable for marketing, research etc,) internal, 100% accurate data that Google themselves have for how often...
The last message sent to TMZ a few days ago was another alleged demand from the kidnapper, as it was asking for ~$6 million in crypto, not the $50-$100K that the person who claimed to have info was asking, and the latest message was outright threatening to harm NG, indicating it being the person...
I thought yesterday’s was claiming to be from the kidnapper again, from the amount that they’re asking for being ~$6 million in crypto, and them directly threatening to harm NG in the new message, rather than just saying time is crucial in saving her, like the “snitch” messages did.

Maybe the neighbour phoned APS before the family or police had been made aware that NG hadn’t turned up at theirs for the church service livestream.

I think the only people that could be charged as co-conspirators in a misconduct in public office case would be others who also hold/held public office.
JMO though.
Plus a lot of the elderly folk of today were the young and middle-aged people working nights in their younger years, and your body clock just gets used to living your life around later hours, being more productive, focused and energised later in the day and the evening than early in the morning...
She might have already known that LE were involved but made the visit anyway, so that people couldn’t say APS did nothing when they were contacted (which, from how things go online, would absolutely have happened IMHO), she might have phoned LE on the Monday morning after seeing the blood and...
I think it’s mostly likely that, like you say, it’s normally a day or two before they do a visit and the visit was made on the Monday morning, before the media vehicles all started to arrive that lunchtime/afternoon.
JMO
I wonder if it could be related to the “They got it!”, when the two men who arrived in the vehicle registered to the safe company were at NG’s home on Tuesday.
Would you maybe have to take off your gloves, or at least the outer ones if a thinner pair was worn underneath, to try and deal with a...
