It is moving so slow. Chandler Halderson was arrested last summer, and he has already had his trial and convicted. Over a decade to get Hailey justice...wheels are turning real slow on this one.

I would think he just hasn't said anything or he would be admitting his guilt. He might be being advised to just keep quiet for now until his defense can do discovery of the evidence and then they will see which way to go. My opinion only.
