I think this is a plausible idea. He was in the area to rob a house, make a drug deal, meet a woman secretly, and didn't expect to be found out. So many possibilities, it's just mind-boggling without knowing the inside info.

I agree with you - BG may be on the run, and needs money to keep going. It is pretty crazy to rob a bank these days. I found it interesting that he used a ball cap to hide his face. This could be something that should be looked into. JMO
