Whoa. I had no idea there were 6 girls murdered. What happened to the other 4?? Is that the house fire? Can someone please fill me in on the other 4 on Nov. 21? Thank you. That is so sad.

Carroll County, Indiana Scanner They've never been forgotten. We have SIX unsolved murders, not just four. Just because there haven't been updates recently in the media, doesn't mean the case isn't being actively investigated.

I am asserting that a man who robs a bank on foot in broad daylight with a knife, might be the kind of man bold/crazy/reckless enough to abduct two girls in broad day light on foot. While, I have not imagined BG to be over 40, the man does fit the build. Also, if BG is on the run, a desperate bank robbery would make sense IMO.Considering the lack of other leads, I felt some might find the link interesting and worth a consideration.

I've no opinion on whether or not BG had a knife/gun.

I agree with you - BG may be on the run, and needs money to keep going. It is pretty crazy to rob a bank these days. I found it interesting that he used a ball cap to hide his face. This could be something that should be looked into. JMO

IMO, a brown hoodie is not at all unusual.

Google : outdoors clothing men's hoodie (images)

Mostly tans, browns, fatigue, camo, grays, etc.

Thank you for posting this liltexans. The owner of this property ( and of several adjacent more properties) passed away last year in October. Interestingly there is a cell tower on this property. Not sure, if it is related to the investigation or not:

That is the tower that doesn't show on http://www.cellreception.com/towers/towers.php?city=delphi&state_abr=in

I was going to investigate if that meant it was no longer in use. I'll have a dig about and see what I can find

Yes, the other four (hate typing that) died in an intentionally set house fire. Perp still not caught.

Seems like it. Very tragic.

"Crews were dispatched to the fire around 4 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Columbia Street in Flora. Indiana State Police said all four children were trapped inside the home at one point. Their mother was airlifted to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. (...) The fire remains under investigation. Investigators from the Flora Fire Department said they couldn’t immediately determine the point of origin or cause of the fire."

Thank you for updating me. I had no idea the house fire was intentionally set. Awful. Where did that happen? What town?

** I found it, link above. Thank you.

I'll see if I can find the link which says intentional. I do remember reading it a week or so ago.

FLORA, Ind. – Authorities now believe a Flora house fire that killed four young sisters was intentionally set, according to the Carroll County sheriff.
Saturday, investigators with the State Fire Marshal said the Nov. 21 fire was ruled incendiary after accelerants were found in several locations of the home.

Puppyraiser said "I've been watching and re-watching the long aerial video and IMO unless the girls tried to flee and crossed the creek on their own (if we are using the SE exit of bridge as point of encounter with suspect), the suspect most likely has to be a local. An out of town person would not know the depth of the creek or whether or not it dips way down in the middle. Why would he risk possibly being in somewhat deep water while trying to abduct two people? And why would he want his own clothing wet? It would hamper his ability to move as jeans are heavy when wet and it wasn't that warm out. There also appeared to be a relatively quick current where the searchers were filmed and water approx 2-3 feet high. A stranger to the area would NOT know this".

Reply: He would know all those details if he did what my father used to call a "recky" (reconnoiter) beforehand, which would be the smart thing to do if one is planning to do something like this. Also, if his car was parked at the graveyard, all he had to do was walk up the hill and then take off. Short distance. Quiet. Nobody would see his wet clothes. MOO.

I looked at every men's jacket at Cabela's online store. The only thing that comes close is a Dickie's nylon zip front jacket. Yes, I know it is not THE one, and not every men's jacket is depicted on this site but what I noticed is that most (as in vast majority) of these work/sport jackets have pockets on the chests, visible zippers and all of them have insignia/label somewhere on the front. BG's doesn't. So, it is not all that common of a jacket. Very few are shiny and they are usually quilted, thermal jackets (like for skiing) if they are. Just an observation.

I think, still, that he may be wearing this jacket inside out. We see no buttons, no zipper, no insignia, no top[ stitching. We may be seeing the lining of the jacket. Just saying.

Also, its dangerous the amount of photo manipulation being done throughout this case on this forum and off the forum. One can manipulate an image to fit any theory they want, even subliminally. Not only that it is being done with sub-par software and by amateurs. I have extensive Adobe suite experience and I have not done so as temping as it is. I slight enhancement is not want I am talking about either and don't mean to insult anyone nor is this about any one particular post. I am just thinking of what can be thrown out there as "proof" and confuse someone who may actually be holding on to a real tip that should be reported.

Morning everyone, :coffee: just getting in and caught up. One month on Monday, hard to believe...

Here is my opinion re: the above post, which I've stated before, and some may not agree with me. But imo, we all know what the original photo looks like, and if there's someone who has highlighted something, amateur or not, in order to try to see soooomething they maybe can't see otherwise, I doubt anyone is going to say oh that's proof he is (hypothetically insert) "wearing a cap", or whatever it is, so "'I'm not going to call in a tip". This is websleuths, this is what we do, brainstorm. At this point we have nada, zilch, and imo I like seeing the picture manipulated in different ways and find it to be creative and maybe helpful. I think if people can use their creative skills and technology then it is good, because we have nothing yet. We know it's all speculation, etc etc. Anyone who is following the case has seen the original and should know filters should be taken with a grain of salt. And these pictures are here on WS, not MSM. I do not want people to get discouraged and stop those out of the box ideas flowing. If I'm going to stare at the picture for a month 24/7, I want to see it inside and out, red, blue, purple. Jmo, moo.

I know I always thought someone saw Abigail's picture on snapchat and then came over. But I'm going to go another way with this too.I wonder if the killer met Abby?(did Libby go to this tour too?) at the high school when they took this tour?.-from article- The week before the girls’ Feb. 13 disappearance, the eighth-graders took a tour of the high school. Arika said she and Abby "went to the criminal justice area" at the school because they "both had the same dream of doing something within forensics and police work."

ohhhh, Skibs is already on it! (see my above post referencing Skibs map).

Skibs, do you never :offtobed: ? :giggle:

Lol I do. I love my bed. I seem to sleep at what is normal if you lived in Texas or Cali, but I'm in the UK. :p

On the cell tower, I really don't think it is operational. I can't find any current registered information for it

That's why I think he doubled back and caught up with them on the northwest side of the bridge. No one crosses water like that unless they have to. IMO

I thought the same exact thing. Walking them across that creek makes no sense; it just complicates the situation and introduces another variable. Either they ran that way thinking they could evade him, or he (and possibly one other) did what he did then dragged them across the creek so that they were less visible from the tracks/trails to allow for an escape.

I agree this is a nylon jacket and thought it was such the first time I laid eyes on it. I wear them all the time and visit sporting goods stores regularly "jacket hunting" because I live in Colorado. It also appears nylon to me because of how clearly the gun, yes gun in my opinion, not backing down on that, is outlined. If the coat was thick, or a different material, I don't think such a clear outline would be present. It has that nylon/polyestern type sheen to me as well, and it seems to lays wrinkle as such. Jmo, moo.

Then the investigation has stalled...I hate to say it..They don't know who they are looking for...

There have been all kind of people around there now...My goodness it has been a month.

I saw somewhere that with no witnesses, the average time to identify a suspect in a murder case is 3 to 5 months. Let's be patient.
