Miscommunication? Not sure how that works with a 9 year old. There needs to be better supervision. IMO I am glad she is safe!

That's a normal occurrence there, and the reason I questioned why anyone would let their 9 year old out of their sight.

Since they say all evidence was already collected, and that makes sense, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, this was an arson for insurance purposes. IMO

The Schuylkill River is close by, and there are a couple of big cemeteries too.
