UK UK - Claudia Lawrence, 35, Chef, York University, 18 March 2009 #19

I visited the suburb of York where Claudia lived and looked at some of the streets mentioned in the case. The street where the 57 year old property landlord was caught on CCTV is in close proximity to her home address. Also, there's a lot of gutters/ditches/narrow pathways in the area. I...

MI Jahzeel Collazo-Rios 18 missing from Grand Rapids, Michigan 1995

It's puzzling. It looks like a picture has been provided by family or close friends but merely a Doe stub is all we have to go on.

MI MI - Julia Fulgenzi, 32, River Rouge, 28 Jan 1998

Is it known what caused Mr Fulgenzi to pass away in September 1997? The information pack posted upthread just leads to a casino website, strangely. I am not au fait with the American jurisdictions, is MI an abbreviation for Minnesota? It can't be Michigan or Miami, as they aren't states...

I am not convinced of his innocence either. The more I read, the more I see how he fits the mould but I just don't think there's enough evidence to have definitively convicted him. I have both read that the lace had disintegrated from rigorous testing and been misplaced but apparently the lace...

If the DNA profile found on the shoelaces didn't match Stone or any Russells then it suggests to me that someone else handed the shoelaces, which given how shoelaces tend to only be touched by a handful of people on a day-to-day basis, I think it would be of paramount importance to identify the...

What crime are you thinking it could be? If I recall correctly, Stone was charged with some theft offences and GBH...do you think that there could be more?

I am still not convinced that Michael Stone should be in prison. I had heard that Michael Stone's solicitor was working on a case for an acquittal but haven't heard anything for the past 12 months or so...I genuinely hope that the case can be trialled again.

One thing I note from reports of the alleged Pizza Hut sighting is that the waitress pointed out unique mannerisms of the boy she served, such as a repeated clicking of a pen that Andrew's family recognised straight away. As far as I know, I believe that:- CCTV was attempted to be checked at...

Yes, and this was shortly after the disappearance of Madeline McCann, at a time when child safety would have been paramount in the minds of Britons. A chain restaurant in central London would have been likely to have had CCTV, in my opinion. It is terrible the way that the police handled this...

I'm ambivalent about it. On the one hand, I've heard suggestions that the witness described mannerisms that are unique to Andrew. But, I've not seen any footage or interview that confirms this. Ham & Pineapple is a popular and common topping but then again it must be rare for a restaurant to...

The key question is was this the car she was interested in purchasing, e.g. was it the same model and colour?

UK UK - Andrew Gosden, 14, Doncaster, South Yorks, 14 Sep 2007 #2

I have considered that Andrew might have wanted to start a new life in London and as @davidt said, something might have happened when he was in London. His father seems to hold some confidence in the Pizza Hut sighting but it's frustrating that there's no CCTV to confirm this. According to...

I do believe that the room in the background of Andrew's father in this video from 2008, shows Andrew's room to have been painted in blue. As you say, it could just be upkeep but I find it interesting. Could it be that they painted it in hope that Andrew would return within a year's time? I...

From 55:50 in the video, The Search For Andrew Gosden, it seems to me to suggest that Andrew's room was painted AFTER he disappeared. It seems his father says it was yellow and they thought he'd like blue. Did I hear this right? Why might they change the paint on their missing son's room?

This is an official interview with Kevin Gosden, father of Andrew Gosden. I'm half way through and a couple of points have been made by Mr K Gosden. Andrew had several associates in London, e.g. friends and family. * Andrew would have had bus travel free of charge. Regents Canal has not been...

I suppose it's easy to expect him to be treated with kids gloves because he looks much younger than his age in the pictures. I must remind myself that he was 2 years off being 16.

There does seem to be an issue with suspected trolling accounts relating to Andrew's case. The video with the creepy music on YouTube that has spelling mistakes in the text and also the random Underground footage seems to either be a red herring or plain looking for attention, in my opinion.

It would be helpful to know how extensive the police's CCTV request have been. A video I saw suggested that Mr Kevin Gosden, Andrew's father has made a request for all of the footage that the police have. It seems to me that South Yorkshire Police performed poorly in this case, failing to...

UK UK- Janet Brown, 51, research nurse, found nude, gagged, handcuffed & bludgeoned to death, @ home, Buckinghamshire,10 April '95, *DNA, new initiative*

The tape and handcuffs would be very indicative, as these will have likely been touched by only a small number of people, possibly even only one person.

UK UK- Janet Brown, 51, research nurse, found nude, gagged, handcuffed & bludgeoned to death, @ home, Buckinghamshire,10 April '95, *DNA, new initiative*

If it's not semen or blood, in my opinion, it would make the DNA in this case less conclusive. There is more of a chance it could be something from a casual encounter e.g. someone coughed spit on a surface that Mrs Brown later touched..innocently whilst out and about, e.g. not necessarily the...
