Probably not. But, in the long run, a blow-up doll would look about the same, have about the same personality, but wouldn't ruin everything by thinking or talking, and she'd be a lot cheaper to keep. No expensive dinners out, and when you tire of her, just stick her under the bed. Plus, you'd...

"Wiles"? I don't get it. She's just an average-looking middle-aged "trying to hold onto youth" person. She's not ugly, but I don't see anything to write home about. What am I missing?

Not a single one of us has any idea what facts LE knows, and they have no obligation to tell us. Them keeping their facts close to their vests means nothing other than that they are being professional, and hopefully are piecing together all the what, where, who, how, and why of Gannon's...

Thank you so much for saying that so well. I like facts. Sure, it can get excruciating to wait to hear updates from LE, but I find waiting for that so much more tolerable than wading through pages and pages of speculation, rumors, negativity, judgment, and fingerpointing before we even have the...

Pretty sure by that point in the investigation it had been ruled out that anyone else had seen him. Whether or not she'd claimed he'd gone to a friend's, facts have to have shown she was the last person to see him. She couldn't very well claim others who never came forward had seen him.

Yeah, it says a lot about the person. It says nothing about what happened to them.

That's plausible. She did seem to make it clear she considered her home hers and her husbands, but not necessarily Gannon's. Another option, since she also sated he was alive, that a "here" could be some place other than the home. "When you get here". Not, as with a runaway "when you come...

Correction. Step-mother never said, "when you get home", referring to Gannon. She said, "when you get here". I'm not going to make theories about it, but I think the wording is odd. If my stepchild was missing, and I was claiming that were alive, I would say, when you get home. Not "When you...

Could you explain? A lot of the people convicted of having abused or killed children or adults are described as having very attractive, welcoming faces.

Dayum. Y'all have some very vivid imaginations. Sounds like a career in crime fiction is up your alley. I follow a lot of out-of-state cases because I don't get much info on them in California. But, slogging through pages and pages of personal theories just to try to find any actual news event...

I saw other quotes from people in the neighborhood who said they didn't know the family at all, but because they were neighbors they were family. Which is why they all showed up to search. It seems reasonable that a neighborhood would feel guilty if a child disappeared under their apparent...

Well, after years of being a freelance writer online, I have to use glasses to see my computer or iPad, so maybe there is a big difference, and my tired old eyeballs wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Luckily, neighbor could!
