Amanda Knox tried for the murder of Meredith Kercher in Italy *NEW TRIAL*#4

This is the letter. There are 2 signatures on page 4. I don't really know where 'the others' signed. http://www.friendsofamanda.org/files/KnoxSollecitoDNAPetitionSubmitted11.19.09b.pdf

Amanda Knox tried for the murder of Meredith Kercher in Italy *NEW TRIAL*#4

The cottage was sealed from Nov 7th till Dec 18th. Why not just say it is too bad the bra clasp wasn't collected right away? It is implied that people were walking around for 47 days and anything could have happened. Why this exaggeration? It is the same with the interrogation. The false...

Anyone who does not even consider the possibility that Sollecito's DNA on the bra clasp came directly from himself, or that Meredith's DNA on the knife came directly from herself, is not objective. The usual way DNA is transferred is by direct transfer from the person the DNA belongs to...

The work of Hampikian for Knox is an Idahoan Trade Secret, so I am not sure if we are allowed to discuss it :) http://blogs.orrick.com/trade-secrets-watch/2013/11/08/the-role-of-alleged-trade-secret-forensic-evidence-in-the-amanda-knox-murder-case/...

Ok thanks. Your reply was not meant for me then, as I don't believe the murder was intentional but somewhat of an accident. You can't say the same about necrophilia. I am not a psychiatrist but I believe necrophilia is a serious mental illness that would show in someones behavior. There is a...

First time murder is more illogical than a first time necrophiliac? How does that work? All behavioral arguments for Knox and Solelcito are explained as 'normal', but for Guede it is no problem to make a huge jump to something so extreme as necrophilia. Same goes for the evidence. Makes no sense...

His full shoe print was on the pillow. There is no blood evidence of any necrophilia thing going on. Since he had blood on his hands this would have been obvious. Nothing in his past either that would indicate necrophilia. Where is the logic?

All blood traces by Guede could have been left after the murder. I find the DNA traces of Guede on Meredith's clothes before he had blood on his hands more incriminating, together with witness accounts that a date with Meredith was unlikely, his contradictions in his stories, and his behavior...

Of course, there is an obvious source for the Luminol footprints with a visible bloody footprint nearby. There isn't even any carpet...let alone carpet cleaner. And why would somebody put carpet cleaner on their feet in front of Meredith's room? I wouldn't even accept that half a Luminol...

Which evidence proves conclusively that Guede was involved in the murder, and did not come into the murder room right after the murder as he claimed?

The issue is mentioned in the Micheli report. The information came from the coroner. There was some blood that was not transferred to the duvet which indicated that this blood was already dried by the time the duvet was laid over the body. The large pool of blood from the neck wound obviously...

It didn't take spiderman. It took an experienced climber. The owner put bars on all windows after the murder AFAIK. I am not aware she selected only the windows that were likely entry points for a burglar.

I watched it. The climb is the most interesting part of the whole documentary. It shows it is not so difficult for an experienced climber. First he 'walks' up the wall a bit, does a gymnastic stretch, and climbs further up. All done in broad daylight and with window bars (that weren't there at...

He has blood dripping a day after Meredith was killed. I don't think it takes that long for blood to dry.

There are detailed witness accounts about who was questioning AK. One police officer with one or two assistants. Nobody changed seats after 10 minutes. All the others in the list were not even in the room. So yes, it is spin to imply that they were involved in the one hour 'coercion'...

Yah, and nobody noticed the glass they were standing on. Having a window broken a few times, I remember that there is glass falling on both sides. Not just invisible pieces. There was no glass on the outside, the glass on the window sill was in line as if the shutters were closed and the window...

So just 2 or 3 were questioning AK and not 12. RS dropped AK's alibi, and AK suddenly accused Patrick after they discovered her text message. RS never said she had gone to the cottage. The police didn't ask if she was at the cottage (They asked if she went out to meet Patrick). How in the world...

Imagine if they had tossed the knife with the phones. The knife would have been found. Then suddenly it would have been normal for AK/RS to have brought the knife to the cottage. The burglar took it from the cottage and dumped it. The DNA is from cooking ;)

Because we know from witness statements that MK arrived at about 9pm. The images on the CCTV clock showed someone going to the gate at 8:51pm which would then be 8:41pm actual time.
