Wing Ding, interesting question re Matt McCartney. Hope4More's Travis' plate theory is intriguing too. The safest option would to be to park somewhere she could remove plates and screen the car somehow - perhaps with shrubs or walls. That's why I considered a parking lot or school. I agree she...

Hope4More, there is an elementary school with a large car park not too far away. I don't want to write the name here but it's easy to find the car park if you zoom out from Travis' old address. Was it even built then? Would it be less risky to park somewhere like that? Just weighing up...

Quite a few options to ponder there, Hope4More  Before going into this in more depth let's rewind. Remember Arias said that she had been running or in training prior to the murder? It is possible she parked the car further away, intending to jog back? I don't believe Travis knew she...

Wing Ding, on reflection, my preference would be for Juan Martinez to be able to cover all the questions/areas he couldn't in his book. Maybe one day we will get to hear him more freely express his impressions and more information. Laughing at "that biotch from California". Arias was...

😶The meat has been picked from the bones of this case, for sure. Almost every rational (and quite a few whacky) theories has been debated intensely. Now the licence plates could have been replaced up to three times? 🙂 Why not five? Or ten? Joking apart, I'll have to give some...

Examine Gray Hughes' incredible projections from 4 minutes in and you may agree that the position seems pinpointed precisely. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FZsNR4sLmU Forensic evidence points to the bedroom carpet being the point where Arias viciously slashed TS's throat. Not too far away...

Good point. A camera covered in blood from them both needed to be cleaned. Aside from destroying the photographic evidence of what had taken place that afternoon, she must have thought she had covered all bases. There is a poetic justice about her being caught through her camera work. Sloppy...

NatSound, Gray Hughes projects why the arm looked raised here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YB7DbaZ6qXs Check out from 40 seconds in. Holding the wrists does seem like a reasonable assumption to me.

Wing Ding, it's easier to remember the theories that haven't been covered on this forum :) Stealing plates would have been unnecessarily risky for her, as your question points to. Heh, I'll add your final question to the list I would have liked Juan to have been able to ask.

Some of the best sleuthing work on the photographs I have seen is by Grey Hughes. Before the publication of Juan's book the 'foot' and dragging pictures were not very clear. This video explains his impressions after the publication of a clearer image of the foot...

One or two tiny points were new to me. They were so irrelevant that I have forgotten what they were already :) The foot pic was very clear. Juan Martinez also published an extremely clear photograph in his book.

Why would she need to establish she was in Utah when there were a number of solid witnesses who would place her there? Arias made many mistakes, I agree. It always looked to me that in her haste to get away she made another and placed the plate incorrectly. The last thing she needed to do was...

Welcome to the case, Natsound. Fresh eyes are indeed a good thing. I've enjoyed reading your posts.

    Was BR involved? #2

Not just you. I watched the interview on Dr Phil and found his emotional detachment and general demeanour strange. I'm trying to be fair to him (and consider all possibilities) so I shall wait until I see everything he has to say.

If there is anything in it for MDLR - she will stay in touch with Arias.

I watched Burke Ramsey's interview with Dr Phil and read the information linked by FinallyRegistered. Like many, I have followed this case. It is fascinating. I want to see the rest of the interview but it's difficult not to conclude that the son's demeanour is very strange.

Did Travis know Arias was coming to his house the night he was murdered?

The evidence of sex that day is overwhelming. The jury believed they had sex. Both juries. The photographic evidence is strong and the value of that evidence emphasised by Juan Martinez in his book. There is no evidence that day about how enjoyable it was. Mutually or by either participants...

I can point you both to the posts on this very topic and my own responses. Emphatic arguments have been made on this forum (albeit by relatively few people) claiming that sex did not take place that day. I have also seen it argued that TA was raped, was tricked into sex, had sex to appease Arias...

This is a tough one, Niner. I'm interested in what he would have to say too but I wouldn't pay to read it. It would seem like a reward for his willingness to lie for Arias (allegedly). If he refutes this - fair enough. Juan Martinez dealt with him comprehensively before the first trial.
