Very well put imo. I, for one, want justice because I believe it may help in sending a message to those in society contemplating something similar that there are grave consequences when an innocent, helpless child is killed by their own mother. Why should there be excuses or allowances...

Thanks Trac, Yesterday, during the motions hearing, I heard at one point Baez mention the trial beginning in March and then the prosecutors said "No we don't have that on the calendar". They went back & forth with the Judge on that but the sound became weak for me and I really didn't get...

I must have missed those details...they were not in this latest news report. Well, the truth should come out I hope. I did hear they were going to investigate his phone records (DC that is). I do hope they do investigate both men. It certainly is strange though, why would JH put this...

DC denies it, yet his actions beg the questions: Why did he request a mtg.(14th) with the other PI and then invite him out to the site? Why was he there on the those 2 dates (15, 16)? ... and from what I understand he returned a couple more times after that to that same area. Why so much...

Wow...I didn't know the accused murderer had a right to do that over the rights of an innocent victim (Caylee) even if they are related. Like LinasK said what about a guardian ad litem?

I for one, did not hear it that way. I understood that the finger prints were for the purpose of ruling someone in or out on any possible finds...anyone else hear it differently?
