There is a CHARGE against him. Once they find him, he will be arrested for that charge. He's been charged with abduction with intent to defile, along with the 2 counts of reckless driving.
Re: person following her in gas station, I truly believe that's an article error. They go from mentioning gas station to clearly describing the scene on the mall when we know someone was following her.
A few things to comment on...
Social Security # on Wanted Poster - I don't believe I've seen anyone mention that there's a very good possibility that whatever they put on that poster was completely purposeful and was NOT his social. Think about how many more views a poster like that would have...
When they sealed off the building for a warrant, they absolutely would have needed tenants in ALL 4 units to leave. They very likely are uninvolved, unrelated, innocent people.
Current thoughts: They are searching ALL 4 units in the building. They very well may have checked out and released residents of units in the building that were not their suspect, or specifically owners of the car. Now we see the CL ad that a unit is for rent there. It could be completely empty...
We need to remember that the person in the description from the mall could be not at all related to the person "matching the description" that was apparently in the apartment today. The description is very vague and could be anybody.
Not sure anyone is referencing Hessian apartments as "Ghetto" just that the location and resident make-up is not that of students. All campuses/college towns have apartment complexes common for students to occupy and those that aren't. This is not an area where students (especially undergrads)...
Why after all this time is this the FIRST we are hearing that Hannah was seen at Hessian Hills apartments?? Is this actually confirmed, anyone? From all the timelines we've seen nobody has even glimmered at anything after the mall.
I was trying not to go that route. :( :(
One of the articles just recently posted said that people in the neighborhood said police took a man matching description in questioning. I thought LE have said they do not have anyone in custody or for questioning.
Can anyone confirm either?
Wondering if somewhere along the way they located her phone... She didn't have much else on her. Just racking my brain for what they could have found in the car that would lead them to the apartment (other than just owner of the vehicle = tenant of apartment).
Perhaps they are holding someone while they check out the car/apartment?? I think when it says executing the warrant, it means they are actively going in. The 5:45am was when they obtained the warrant.
I agree about the videos - meant to jog memory of what they are looking for and images of...
Oh wow, for them to get a warrant that early in the morning is big.
I just knew they had more than they were letting on to. Fingers crossed they find SOMETHING.
Sorry, I had to sleep!! I think a fall is not out of the question, like you said, in addition to whatever she was under the influence of. I wouldn't go so far as to say she had any major injuries, I think it would be more obvious to us, but if she was under the influence of some sort of odd...
Agree. I know if I do something odd like fall or strain a muscle I'll hold my back like that. To me, looks like she's keeping her hand there for longer than just to check her phone.
Oh poor Hannah.
