GUILTY Australia - Michelle Leng, 25, found slain in Snapper Point blowhole, NSW, Apr 2016

Well all we can say about Friday is that she didn't use her phone/social media. She didn't have access to a phone, so maybe she was killed that day but maybe she was not. I wonder if they can tell how long she had been dead before going into the water.

Should Darlie have a new trial?

No she doesn't deserve a new trial. She killed her children. She stabbed them. She deserves no sympathy. Those dead boys, with what they went through in the last horrific moments of their lives, deserve all the sympathy.

Australia - Fatal shooting at shopping centre in Bankstown, NSW, 29 April 2016

I know, very frightening. And from the news reports, it seems to have something to do with bikie gangs, or organised crime, and for that to just be played out in public, in a shopping centre??!! Extremely scary.

    TX - Terri 'Missy' Bevers,45, murdered in church/person in SWAT gear,18 April 2016 #4

What exact type of "women's shirt" was it.... because I have a number of tshirts in my wardrobe that are very basic 'polo tops' and my male partner regularly wears them, particularly at home on weekends, he just grabs a tshirt out of the drawer.

:) To a church in my town, for an exercise class with a lovely local lady, while I waited for my friend who does it with me, yes I would. I totally get your point but I think small towns feel "safer" and I definitely would sit in my locked warm car with a coffee and my phone and the silence...

Yep me too, I am always early to stuff like that but I always wait for others to arrive, I have anxiety so will not be the first person to enter a room/class/etc, ever. I also have suspicions about stuff I shouldn't say on this forum at this time because I agreed to the Terms of Service :)...

Because he had told her over and over, I bet. And now look what happened. Exactly what he always said would happen. Almost like someone was teaching her a lesson. Read into that what you will. Sorry in advance if this is mod-fodder.

And I wonder if LE are holding back CCTV footage (which I think is normal procedure so that is most likely what is happening) or did the perp find the room with the cameras/computers in? And disconnect it?

    TX - Terri 'Missy' Bevers,45, murdered in church/person in SWAT gear,18 April 2016 #3

My thought was that if it was a gunshot they would have said so explicitly, and so the ambiguous words LE use tell me they are holding back information that only the murderer would know. e.g. ... :( ... claw hammer, or pickaxe, or tomahawk, these would make an obvious head wound but also are a...
