No. They are compulsory for school attendance, but there are even legal ways (exemptions) to get around those if you feel it in your child's best interest.
Vaccines are recommended, and required for attendance at certain establishments, but not legal obligations.
There are ways to prosecute...
Compulsory age for Ohio appears to be 6. Still, it'd be a pretty tiny slap on the wrist to pursue that. They're going to go after bigger charges for the fact that said child was the product of rape and unlawful restraint.
I think we'll see a ton more charges- assault & battery, more counts...
I :heartbeat:that they put a tarp up so Gina can lay in the sun and roll in the grass with some sort of privacy. I hate that they had to, but I love that they did. I want someone who owns a retreat type place to whisk all three girls away with their families to just soak in the sun and earth...
Just using your post as a jumping point...
I agree... I really don't think they need a body to charge him if they have reasonable evidence. Which could come in the form of birth fluids or reasonable testimony with supporting evidence. The situation as it was, with these girls being so...

She chose to buy a gun, learn it, and pursue a dying boy who was not currently a threat to her in the presumably short span of time her...
ding, ding, ding
He was outside on the front lawn. She could have locked her doors and called 911. She chose to finish him off. That was a choice. That can be considered premeditated, because there was a distinction of time to choose that path and pursue him while he was pursuing help for...
