Chase Merritt SENTENCED TO DEATH for murder of McStay Family POST TRIAL THOUGHTS

Did the cut on Merritt's hand ever come up in the trial? They made a big deal of it early on, then I never heard any more about it.

Mexico- Mexican city erupts in violence, Airports shutdown, residents ordered to stay indoors after drug cartel leader's arrest, 5/1/23

Yes! A San Diego California-licensed electrician insinuated he was the electrician for the Mexican tunnels, including the KFC tunnel. He had described it and emphasized where it came up on the U.S. side... before it was discovered. So I tend to believe him. Also, if he told me, he probably...

Chase Merritt SENTENCED TO DEATH for murder of McStay Family POST TRIAL THOUGHTS

Merritt's daughter told the truth in her testimony, but her father was not innocent. It just didn't go down how prosecutors claimed. They didn't press Merritt about the cut on his hand, because it didn't fit their theory's timeline. The debt Merritt owed was a drop in the bucket, but that's...

Chase Merritt SENTENCED TO DEATH for murder of McStay Family POST TRIAL THOUGHTS

I wouldn't call them friends. Associates, maybe, accomplices, certainly, but not necessarily an uncoerced relationship.

Chase Merritt SENTENCED TO DEATH for murder of McStay Family POST TRIAL THOUGHTS

It is especially difficult to solve crimes without follow up. Calling people conspiracy theorists or dismissing reports that don't fit a theory is a systemic method of discrediting anyone who knows what happened or is approaching the truth.

Chase Merritt SENTENCED TO DEATH for murder of McStay Family POST TRIAL THOUGHTS

There is a new law in California that will expunge certain felons of their conviction. I need someone to help me write a FOIA request for information, before it is gone forever, for the Joseph McStay family murders. I can't pay, so this would have to be a work driven by the desire to get to...

WA WA - Gregette Guy, 51, West Seattle, 11 March 2012

I have some questions regarding Greggette's case. Does anyone know if Greggette's husband speaks another language other than English? When was the totem pole for the Girl Scouts carved (beginning and end dates)? When was the design conceived by the artist (approximate date)?

Can someone please tell me, does Smith speak any foreign languages? Does anyone know what Smith's job was while he was in service? Are any of the members who read this LE, especially someone working on her case?

Thank you for your reply. It depends on the type of work he did and his skill set. I have two more questions. What was his father's company? Also, I take it he didn't have any formal education past high school. Is that right?

GUILTY TX - Kaufman Co. prosecutors Hasse, McLelland & Mrs McLelland slain in revenge plot

I seem to recall that one of the local newspapers reported that the election of Williams was unusual in that he trailed in pre-election polls and exit polls, yet won in the final hours.

Does anyone think it odd that a person would repeatedly, over the years, make reference to Tsuano's daughter's name? This happened whenever the song "Louie Louie" came up. The person would say, "Are you sure it isn't "Loullie Loullie"?
