Laws may be different in each state. I am woundering if the Pros. Office has to discuss with the family of the victim before they make a deal w/defendants even to taking the dealth penalty off the table. And, I may have missed something but have LE/FBI charged anyone with murder...

I'm certain the attorney is telling the truth about the conflict w/court dates...but....did he just realize yesterday there was 2 court dates scheduled for same day? Also, with this case being such a high profile case why would they not postpone the other case and go forward with this one?

We are all impatient but All has to understand that LE/FBI is working on this case 24/7. Just because we don't see headlines of information does not mean they are not doing their job. The authorities are doing their job. There is alot to this case..maybe more than WE will ever know and maybe...

Does not seem reasonable for someone to toss a safe. I could see him taking it with him or hiding it elsewhere. If he did not honestly know what was in the safe then I think his curiousity would have gotten the best of him. I know it would have most people.
