I personally don't think the parents are involved. The more people you involve, the more likely that someone will contradict you and the larger amount of forensic evidence. And the more people you ask for help the bigger the risk that someone will tell the police. Just my thoughts on the...

I wouldn't give the Daily Mail too much credence, they also said in another article that GB-C was ruled out as a suspect.

In answer to your question, probably very! It sounds a bit like a sermon. You are right though, they sound more like the victims than Allison.

Don't know if this is new but on the news web site it says 'QLD Police confident of arresting the killer'. Don't know how specific it is when they say that.

Sounds like just a term they are using to express that they are pursuing the killer. Doesn't mean they don't know who he/she is, just that they are following the trail.

Be interesting to see whose side God comes down on!

I know it's only two photos in the news report but it almost looks like having the mobile phone pinned to you ear means you can avoid acknowledging or answering media questions. A bit defensive?

So have the children been interviewed yet? Does anyone know? God only knows her parents must be battling with this, on one hand they have to show support in fear of being banished from the girls lives, on the otherhand probably beig privvy to police fears and having to grieve amongst the...

Very weird post titled 'Thank God For Christmas'. Seems to be thanking God for allowing his birthday to be celebrated which has allowed some oportunistic financial rewards to be had over that period.

Wouldn't you wait to be charged before you hired literally a legal defence team?

If that was the case you think she would have been dumped closer to where she lives so it looks like she went for a local walk.

It would mean that if it is her SIM it would be hard remove it in the dark and that the person would need something like a needle or paperclip. It's more involved than a normal mobile where you just slide the back off. Not saying that it can't be done, it's just that it would probably have to be...

I think the police said she had a iPhone and to remove a sim from one of those is quite difficult without the right implement. Also I thought the police had picked up on the signal of Allison's phone which I presume means the sim would be with the phone. Could this be Gerald's sim?

I think the sister was just replying to the incessant questions from reporters to the same old questions. Looking at the interview where she was standing next to her brother I thought that her response to the situation was more normal. She stayed there, I'm pretty sure, when the brother went off...

Pushing someone of the bridge wouldn't mean they would definitely drown unless they were sedated in some way. I just thought if someone did that then there would always be a chance that they survived and could identify the perpetrator.

I thought it might be strangulation. It seems a lash out kind of thing to do in the heat of a argument. Suffication would mean having an implement to suffocate which would imply a bit of premeditation. Obviously suffocation can be done while someone is sleeping and the person might not struggle...

They say visible, does that mean just looking at the body in its present state without having autopsy information?

I'm a bit confussed. The news reports say they are searching around the 'Tyamolum campsite is a few hundred metres upstream.' Looking at the map I thought this site was downstream from where the body was found at Kholo. Someone correct me please.

If it was him I wonder if there were instances in his past where he has lost his temper quite suddenly and of course in a frightening way. If he did lash out then there were probably other instances maybe?

I'm sure if the husband is charged they will spin it and say they were to support the children and tell Gerald to tell the police all he knows. Yes, cynical again but it's hard not to be with pollies.
