Is it possible that releasing them during the time he was missing allowed them to utilize other agencies and LE departments to help locate him? Or it justified adding other LE to the search since there was a warrent?

He was found "outside" in the RV lot. The "inside" is referring to the fenced in area around the RV lot.

I don't have a lot to add in reference to the investigation but in my opinion, the media could continue to mention the items LE has asked us for help finding without hindering the investigation. I know that you can search online for the descriptions but some people may have missed those couple...

Here's an interesting article in the Fargo newspaper. It's release is one week after a body was found in the river and let me add, it's the very first article on it, one week later... I'm sure it's not related to this thread but it shows that LE keep details very quiet until it's absolutely...
