So from what I take from this.... If the jury feels DM/MS did not plan to kill TB then it cannot be considered M1. Right? DM could have planned to kill SOMEONE but unless he directly planned to kill TB, it is not M1. Or am I way off? lol

Not sure if this was responded to yet, but yes I was there and have been a handful of times now. Today was actually rather empty, the least busy that I've seen it. Show up at 8:30am when doors open and expect to wait until they let you into the court room which is usually not until 15 minutes...

I struggle with this too! If MS was in the truck when TB was shot, why was no GSR or blood found in the Yukon? There's no way TB was shot with MS in the backseat and no blood or GSR would have landed on him and then transferred to the Yukon... MOO
