The JM piece starts at around 45:10 in the programme (as shown on My5 on demand - unfortunately you will have to wade through approx 15 mins of adverts to get to it).
The most interesting bit (to me) was JM’s ex-wife and brother are shown viewing the saw mill cctv footage of JM walking south...
Car keys or her Fitbit device? From the claim re a police diver floating above the weir in the embedded video it sounds like they’ve yet to establish where she went into the water - surprising at this point, but it would be of direct relevance to a Coroner’s verdict.
That said, the “search”...
As it goes, Palmer was held on remand from the time of his arrest to his trial in 1987, so can be excluded (from 3:40 in this BBC podcast):

Noye and Chappell were convicted of handling the week before SL’s...
Heh. Well, the 80s London property boom was ideal for money laundering - we know that plenty of the Brinks Mat cash went into it. Maybe the mystery Bristol businessman was actually John Palmer?
Palmer was arrested on his return to the UK on 2nd July 1986 from Spain via Brazil - I’m struggling...
IIRC (from the AS book, I think) the car was checked for prints at the time - the only unknown being a single print on the passenger side of the windscreen (7" in from the door pillar?) - not stated if it was on the inside or outside. I'd need to check so MOO for now.
I guess (as with the Nicola Bulley case) it comes down to the question ‘is he in the river?’ If yes, then no amount of sleuthing will add anything at this point. IMO the saw mill cctv would be hugely instructive in establishing the likelihood of this, but (as ever) the information made public is...
Reflagging this from @SeaPriestess upthread, which outlines a similar idea - though I’m not sure I’m entirely convinced by the idea that he got lost on the way towards Netherby - the Spring Lane turn off Swindon Lane looks to be signposted for Netherby and once you’re on Spring it’s pretty much...
Here you go:
Marcos, who co-owns Piglove Brewing Co. with Jesus, is now urging his business partner to reach out in any way possible. He told Leeds Live : "The only thing we care about is for him to come back, or to reach out if he needs any help. He lost his phone the day before so we just...
Could be - that’s the only entrance I could see potentially covered by cctv. Unfortunately we don’t have the last cctv of him going into the field, which could indicate where he went once over the gate. Also, heading south at that point, he has already past the signed river footpath entrance...
Tracking back to this post to note JM's hair in the cctv image - to me it looks wet. So my impression is that he'd been down towards Netherby, had his swim in the river and then come back to the main road. After that, per the WYP website he turns south over the bridge and "further CCTV showed...
Images and streetview relating to previous post:
SMS message from LB to KB:
Cctv image of KB entering the YMCA building ‘niche’ at 01:58:59 (from Disappeared episode):
KB leaves ‘niche’ eight seconds later at 01:59:07 (circled, obscured by trees):
KB continuing around corner of fence...
Or perhaps more to the point, does anyone know when those dumpsters were first emptied after 1st January 2021?
Looking again through the Disappeared episode, I see several indications that (possibly following some tension between KB and her parents over the holiday period) KB was looking to...
The hole appears to be close to bins/dumpsters at the back corner of the YMCA parking lot. Streetview images from three years ago suggest it was not present at that time, but by the time the Disappeared episode was filmed it was behind the red dumpster in the YMCA lot (circled in attached photo...
Not sure what the deal is here - the black SUV is noted by the PI leaving the apartments onto N Shortridge Road at 02:38 and then returning around 03.15 - but prior to this (as you say) a saloon car emerges from behind the apartment building at 02:30:41 - immediately after the jump in the video...
Like others, I am confused by the suggestion that JM was unable to access the works van on the morning of his disappearance. Did he have his own set of keys or were they kept in the office at the brewery? Was access to the building via a key or combination lock?
As noted in the Wales Online piece, the combination of the red penny whistle and the sign is a strong pointer towards him having been busking, probably quite recently prior to his death - so he may have been a familiar sight to shoppers around Bristol city centre at some point in the preceding...
NGL - from watching the Disappeared episode this case was strongly toward the “no-brainer” end of the scale. Reading through this thread appears to confirm it.
