CA - Joey, Summer, Gianni, Joseph Jr McStay Murders - Feb 4th 2010 #19

Joey and Chase spoke several times a day. He considered Joey his best friend. If I knew someone was threatening my best friend it would make me very angry, especially if I had any reason to believe that person caused my friend to "disappear". jmho

Fortunately the Jury will not be impacted by any of our opinions. <modsnip: unnecessary> The jurors will deal with evidence as presented by both sides. They will consider that: No DNA connects CM to the gravesite There is no proof SM was raped by CM There is no proof that JM didn't issue...

This was my precise quote. I don't believe it is in any way vague or misleading. It is my opinion only.

It was discussed by several posters several pages back. It was not my theory, perhaps Force or Cabo can help you find it. I considered it hearsay. jmo

I don't speculate or insinuate, I am a fact based person. It's not my responsibility to name every witness that has been called by either side. If everyone paid careful attention to the testimony from witnesses on both sides of the trial they would already have additional questions or...

I feel the same way about the assortment of people who were associated with Joey. Whether CM is convicted or not the truth and rumors surrounding many others has now been made public. The lives of those people will never be the same after this trial is complete. jmo

I don't believe my post formed any conclusion, one way or the other, I was simply reiterating the words Judge Smith said to the PT. You are, however, overlooking the fact that in the event of a mistrial there are conditions that could allow for the judge to enter a ruling. NONE OF US, have any...

CA - Joey, Summer, Gianni, Joseph Jr McStay Murders - Feb 4th 2010 #19

Of course circumstantial evidence can result in a conviction, I have never disputed that fact. However, my observation of responses from many posters leaves me believing their fair and impartial consideration of the evidence stopped after the judge ruled the PT case could go forward. Many of...

Because the PT has the crime date noted 2/4 or 2/5 That is on the record.

I completely understand what you are saying and I am sure CM had tie down straps that looked liked the ones at the gravesite. The picture is taken prior to any of us realizing that tie down straps would be used in such a heinous manner. What is different in this picture is this marker is...

That isn’t a tie down, it is a red display marker indicating a load longer than the length of a vehicle. Don’t know about other states but we see them all the time in CA. Especially in logging areas.

Nope, we have a lot of vintage cars driving around on our streets and whether factory installed or aftermarket that was code 24402 - driving lamps and this is what you are talking about: 24403 fog lamps. (a) A motor vehicle may be equipped with not more than two foglamps that may be used with...

In CA they cannot be used at all times. 24402. (a) Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed two auxiliary driving lamps mounted on the front at a height of not less than 16 inches nor more than 42 inches. Driving lamps are lamps designed for supplementing the upper beam from...

I was responding to a, now removed, post by Frankie H. As is well known that statement was made by MM during a news interview in March 2010, when LE believed the family was voluntarily missing. If you want me to provide another copy, as Mica did earlier, I will be more than happy to - with mod...

In that case it should also not be used to put forth the concept of 2 adult shallow graves in the desert. There was only one person responsible for making that statement, especially when LE believed the family was voluntarily missing.

As I stated in my post, I am only stating the evidence as it will be heard BY THE JURORS. The PT phone piping evidence has been successfully refuted by the DT experts. That means there is no proof that CM was near the gravesite or near the Falbrook crime scene. A great many posters did not...

It is unproductive to post personal opinion repeatedly of the defendant. We’re near the end of a death penalty trial. As such, the only statements that can be considered by the jurors are those spoken or proven in front of the jury. It doesn't matter whether we believe the truck is a match to...
