Wow just finding out about this case after speaking to the arresting detective about another Washoe County case. He said it has been an insane amount of work! I'll bet that's an understatement.

I'm surprised there isn't more interest in this case. Some predator brutally stabbed a child to death and dumped her under bridge. I'm going to do some digging.

Anyone have any luck getting their hands on Jerry’s appeal brief? Apparently it’s over 75 pages, challenging the surreptitious DNA collection. The clerk of court will send it to me but I have to pay copying fees and I’d rather not.
