I was going to ask if anyone else saw the chapstick being passed to him. He put it on, and I think one of his attorneys or someone was going to take it from him, but he put it in his pocket, I believe.

I'm pretty sure a drug smuggled into a jail facility would be more than just a misdemeanor - and the smuggler would be arrested too.

I think he slipped up today when he answered a question with, "When Maggie asked me to leave....uh, when Maggie asked me to go to the kennels blah blah blah." I think Maggie may have asked him to leave at some point.
