As someone else pointed out, LE could have had a moral's clause encouraging their officers to not do anything that could create an impression of impropriety. LE is very paranoid about public opinion,etc. That's all. Besides my post was just me musing.... Sorry it got your pantys in a bunch!

I was wondering about all this denial of Jesse being the father, Jesse not on the BC, etc. If Jesse was in LE and fathered a child out of wedlock, would that somehow get him in trouble with his superiors? Could this be all about protecting Jesse for some reason? Could he or his parents...

I was just thinking that Casey was not prepared or willing to take the stress that comes with the "terrible twos" stage. She had a new boyfriend which she was gaga over and Caylee was throwing tantrums and "getting in the way" and Casey was just over it.

I think Casey told Jesse that he was the father and he and his family believed it. Why else would there be this massive amount of pictorial evidence showing Jessie, his mom and dad behaving like Caylee's dad/grandparents?
