If they did the same amount of drugs it would not necessarily effect them in the same way. This is clear from the fact that in the scenario she would have OD'd and JR would still be living. Every substance is going to hit a 90lb person harder than most average people. The idea that drugs...

Isnt it every bit as possible that the reason HT was defending JW is that LS might not have even told her roomate things were at a certain point with CR. A lot of times, when people start a new relationship, whether cheating or right after a long relationship, they keep it quiet from people. In...

No. That term is used in cases of miners or people lost on mountains, based on the time frame they could have possibly survived. It isnt like the volunteer searchers were prepared to rescue LS from any extreme circumstances. I think that it is just LE babble when they dont have much to...

Everyone who OD's does so one night, as opposed to any other. There is no equation as to how the body reacts to certain drugs. Its a risk you take everytime with certain drugs, especially when done in conjunction with one another. Add a heart problem to that and you have a game of roulette...

Take this for what it's worth. LE looking at a specific evidence and a specific person based on evidence that doesnt add up. http://tonygatto.wordpress.com/

No, but if you are mixing coke, alcohol, xanax and the fact that you weigh 90 pounds together you would get someone completely hammered.

This is so much better. You REALLY get the feeling there is integrity here, and honesty, and they are really appreciative of the power of the public and the media and will respect that. I agree with this, but I also get the sense that they are a bit inept or overwhelmed by this case.

Or sending out a message to the public- We do not really know anything of substance.

To deny that things are different nowadays is to be totally removed from reality. The fact is, today's 21 yr. old, especially coming from an affluent background, tends to be less mature and independent than a 21 yr. old 25 yrs. ago.

To me, it means nothing. THe guy is 21 years old, and his girlfriend dissapeared.he is probably facing a lot of accusations, possibly even by LS's parents, and has no one for a support system. This kid is young. He is not allowed to help. That would probably include handing out water and...

Could be, but they have been going with that since the start of the investigation. Would think that LE would say something to the extent of, "the polygraph corroborates the testimony that LS left JR's apartment at approx 4:30 AM," or something like that.

Unless he had something to do with what happened to her.

The phone call is only reported to have come from JR's room. He is the only witness of the phonecall.

Good point. But, if Lauren is in the truck the entire investigation takes a turn and we are aware she is in the truck anyways.

What would the purpose be for manipulating a photo in this case? I just dont see anything positive that can come from that move. Getting as much information out to the public is the most important thing right now. If they have the ability to identify the car in greater detail they would do...

Totally agree with that. If there were a picture of Lauren or a name on the vehicle it would be announced to the public. There is absolutely no reason why they would not do so.

The reason you guys had that experience is that harder drugs are usually only mentioned between people doing them. Coke isnt thrown on the coffee table at a frat party. A few people are sneaking off and doing it throughout the night. Same thing at bars. Someone goes into the bathroom and...

Yeah, but I am sure you didnt refer to playing euchre as "partying". "Wanna party?" definitely has to do with drugs, and usually cocaine. I play poker with buddies and we drink 'til 3-4 am while playing. None of us say we are partying. When I used to do coke we often used that term.

A couple of things. Coke is a little different than pot or pills. Although still accessable in college, it is usually something kept between those who are doing it. It makes perfect sense that she could have met someone in the alley, or had someone drop it off. When I was doing coke...
