I gave it a 9. His passion and telling of the tale were a homerun but there are things that the evidence just can't tell us that kept it from being a 10. Not his fault, though :)

I gave him a 2 because I don't want to waste my pity on him and I decided to award the bonus point for use of colorforms.

I do hope JB does an adequate job with his closing, just for the sake of fairness. I don't think it'll be as powerful as he doesn't have the truth on his side, IMO.

I had planned to read along during the closing but I couldn't turn away. Very well done, IMO.
