While I feel empathy for grandma, I think the " timing" and putting her front and center of jury's view is yet another desperate attempt of the defense team. I think they are thinking penalty phase and are wanting to put in juries minds all who would suffer if death penalty is given.

Maybe it was determined through her testimony or maybe someone overheard that ALV has been watching trial and hearing testimony? That would be a huge no no. Or maybe she text Jodi thru atty phone or maybe asked Jodi questions during her testimony so shed keep in tune with the TALL tale.

I think it's because they're pissed at bashing the true victim here. I also think they were frustrated that ALV would NOT answer Juan's questions and thought " ok, hot shot, you're going to be more inclined to be respectful and answer ours because you know we have your buddy's life in our hands...

Or worse cause a mistrial if found out ( and I do believe that in this case the DT has those jurors under surveillance to get the mistrial they need) which would deny justice to the victim. Just sayin...

folks I'm nervous because one misstep by anyone in or out of the courtroom could get this thing derailed. I don't know about you all, but after hearing those jury questions the ONLY card the DT has left to play is a do-over with new strategy and new jury. They are going to be looking EVERYWHERE...

The rebuttal witnesses? I'm hoping Matt McCartney bcuz Juan has made a point to say to Jodi on cross " now he's loyal to you right? You said he would never betray you right?" So I'm thinking he's got him lined up to spill something else why say that to Jodi during cross?

Will this info be brought into trial? About her having a knife and a gun packed when they arrested her? Clearly not the murder weapons but coincidence I think not.

Everything and everyone connected to this Jodi are twisted and as sick and devious as she is. It's like Casey Anthony part 2. Hopefully some of these jurors saw what a disgrace those jurors were and wont repeat
