I don't know how old the sisters are, but assuming no holidays/half-days/etc., the earliest release time for schools in Austin is 2:45, and that's for (most) elementary schools. It's later for middle and high schools.

I'm not the one you asked ;) but to me it sounded like "no estoy hecho de mentiras" -- literally translated as "I'm not made of lies." The sound on the video (at least on my system) keeps giving a tiny hiccup where I'm assuming the "de" is, though. ETA: The captions seem accurate.
