Before we go too far, I'm going to copy and paste the above article. The reason is because the Telegram And Gazette will only give you 5 reads a month before you go behind a paywall. This way, we'll have the record.
WORCESTER — DNA evidence authorities say links Angelo Colon-Ortiz to the 2016...
Of course we'll have to wait and see, but imo, yes, this will go to trial.
If you asked me this question a year ago, I may have had a different answer, however, I explained to you in the email I sent to you back then the reasons why, which I can't discuss here.
The reason I think this will go...
True, but direct evidence combined with circumstantial evidence is better. For example, he used a gun he was in possession of after, or, he bit her arm and dental records prove it was him. Things like that.
Thank you. I think knowing that will tell part of the story anyway. If he did it, goodbye insanity defense because he knew what he did was wrong, Additional charges, ie. abuse of a corps, tampering with evidence etc.
I agree, and yes they should have been tailing him. Even after the autopsy, they'll still have to have evidence that he killed her and not someone else. I know there's circumstantial evidence that says he did, but enough for a conviction?
Hopefully now that North Port PD has hopefully realized...
You're right, it was Friday when the missing person report was filed. I thought it was Thursday.
No doubt a massive head start. I think it's fair to say we'd have to know if/when Brian said he'd be back.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see a "huge delay."
If his parents said they saw him on Tuesday night when he said he was going for a hike, think it's fair to say he would have waited til daylight on Wed. to hike? If he wasn't back by Wed. night and the parents wanted to file a missing...
Do you think it may be possible he had prepaid minutes, was out of those minutes and was perhaps saying he didn't have a phone at that particular time?
No doubt.
Taylor stating the reason he got away was because they were using all their resources on looking for Gabby is BS IMO. Gabby is supposed to be 2,000 miles away where an entire team is actually looking for her. What exactly could an entire police force do in Fl to help find her...
The way I saw it, the bed runs along the side door, so you can use the side door but I believe you'd have to step over the bed. The bed is more in the middle. There's a wall behind the seats, so you'd have to exit the front and use either the side door, or the rear doors. I think the rear doors...
I couldn't agree more. Hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars being spent looking for him why? Because he slipped out the back door and LE can't find him, knowing he holds the cards. I think there's going to be a few livid individuals to say the least, and I wouldn't blame them. IMO, they...
@timestamp 1.08 on the left, there's a nice empty campsite not far from where the van is parked. The op also said there was a huge gravel lot to camp in before they decided to drive to the back.
