He's not the only one that blames her for his "dangerous, illegal driving." @timestamp 50.20, the female cop states that Gabby said she was distracting him by hitting him, and that it was her fault he swerved."
And if they say that to the FBI, and the FBI discovers it's a lie, that's a felony and up to 5 years in the slammer. Why would they want to do that when they can just keep their mouth shut?
Interesting. Do you think that's the reason BL didn't take the water? Think LE was trying to trick him into giving them his DNA when all they were doing was pulling him over for speeding and hitting the curb?
No, the van was not searched. I guess LE didn't feel there was a need to search it.
Okay, so he never planned on leaving. Thank you.
If he had her phone then how did she hit him in the face with it?
I agree, it should have never got to the point where he had to jump in the van and lock the doors to keep her from hitting him. It's a sad situation all around.
I agree. I think the reason more missing people are not searched for right off the bat is due to the cost. Resources cost money. There are a few organizations that receive grants to search for missing persons. International Association Of Chief's is one. They also have a lot of volunteers that help.
He was going to leave her there alone? What timestamp was that where you heard that? I heard him say they were going to each walk in different directions to cool off, and then return to the van.
Unless I saw different body cam video, Gabby was punching him long after she was back in the van, She's the "aggressor" because the cops saw marks on him but not her, and witnesses saw her punching him and him pushing her away to keep from getting injured.
Are you suggesting if someone wants...
After watching the body camera footage I have a somewhat different opinion than I did before I watched it.
There's not one bit of evidence that BL was abusive to Gabby. Not one bruise that any relative saw, no prior police records. BL had lots of time and chances to hit Gabby out of the public's...

Rest assured there's an investigation. However...
Lets say for example for conversation she decided to take off with someone else. There's no crime in doing that, so BL drives home. She said in the video he always drives the van. Just because it's not his, that doesn't mean he stole it. If my...
It may mean nothing, but after watching the Youtube video, I though it was odd that he's walking around with his hands behind his back. I could see if he was standing still, as many people do that, but who walks around with their hands behind their back? Trying to subconsciously hide something...
