The thing that really irked me about the FF’s “fake news” statement was how all these people on Facebook just unquestioningly accepted that the article must be wrong and the journalist just decided to make it up (exceedingly unlikely for an experienced and credible crime journo) without...

No worries. I’d like to think I’m across these things too, as I’ve worked as a journalist reporting on courts before.

journalists don’t have any special privileges above any other person really…anyone can go and report on what gets said, provided it is said in open court/inquest and they abide by any non publication orders. Whether you as a reader choose to trust a member of the public’s reports as much as a...

This This has really been bugging me too, especially as the bit where she said Moore had actually been redacted in one of the MSM articles for some reason. Could it possible be the surname of someone who lived around there? I’m struggling to think of what else it could be

Wow! Interesting pick up. I wonder if that’s connected to the current charges?

I wonder how heavily frequented the area of bush land is that they are searching? It seems like a fair amount of fabric they are finding for a relatively remote area. Really hope we are near the end of the road for this investigation. If they are finally on the right track now thank goodness for...

Hard to know exactly what you’d do but I think I’d probably call in order to ask him to keep an eye out while driving home.

Noticed in the daily telegraph article quote from BM about noticing William having bruises from a young age and being told by the foster family it was because he was "learning to walk". I'm not a parent and have no idea how frequently kids get bruises... for those who are I'm wondering does this...

I just went back and checked the audio- the question was “did he have any shoes on do you know, any other distinguishing features?” I guess it doesn’t help that it was a double barrelled question. But she definitely didn’t ask about marks.

It’s interesting the shoes/lack of has come up because that was the thing that really stood out to me as odd from the triple 0 call. When asked what shoes he was wearing (important info for search crews) she just starts talking about the head freckle which would be pretty much useless info to...

I’m not totally convinced by the accident/balcony fall theory and tend to agree with posters saying that could be a red herring thrown out by LE to try and solicit a confession. I appreciate it’s the kind thing to do to give the FP the benefit of the doubt if they were somehow involved…. But I...
