I think this helps clear up the confusion about the Department of Criminal Justice Services, which was cited by Heavy.com as not being a Federal Agency. http://catalystatg.wix.com/catalyst-atg#!testimonials Catalyst Advanced Training Group offered a course called Criminal Intelligence...

I'm still of the opinion that there was more to the scene than just the phone and earbuds, hence KP feeling compelled to take pics. It might be as simple as some blood on the hairs, or perhaps another object . As tight-lipped as LE has been, it's not a stretch that they would keep relevant...

There are so many weird coincidences in this case...maybe that's true of most cases if you're looking at them hard enough. I noticed another oddity today. CG noted on multiple occasions that the AD was either in town or heading out of town. If he was entrusted with the funds, why did that...

SP wasn't jogging on a trail, or Old Oregon Trail either. The mailboxes are on Sunrise Drive. The man suspected in Tera Smith's disappearance claimed he dropped her off at the corner of Old Arturas rd. and Old Oregon Trail, which is 8 miles from the intersection of OOT and Sunrise. His word is...

News websites are doing a fine job spreading false information. I just scanned Google News and several outlets are reporting that SP and Tera Smith both disappeared on the same "jogging trail." As if Old Oregon Trail was an actual trail.

Well, it can't just be the church itself. Are we talking about the pastor? Didn't CG state the the AD was not local?

Well, that's confusing. The Daily Beast article stated that there was no federal agency by that name. Your link doesn't have that explicit title either.

For LE, it's much more than just the polygraph. First, simply agreeing to take the test reflects positively on KP, as opposed to immediately lawyering up. Second, it allows LE to ask numerous questions just to see if he ever contradicts himself (which is recorded on video, no doubt.) Guilty...

There is big difference between the two cases: both LE and the Smith family believe they know who is responsible for Tera Smith's disappearance. They were just never able to prove it. Also, Smith wasn't really out jogging. She was meeting an adult male clandestinely.

I thought this was interesting because it comes from a friend describing SP. Much is made about the oddity of a 34 year old SAHM being abducted, but perhaps those who theorized that SP was mistaken for a teen are correct. From People...

I'm not entirely convinced. Some of the gangs in CA are huge. Girls and women can be forced into a form of prostitution wherein all the johns are criminals and gang members. It's not the street corner model of prostitution. Maybe not in this case, bit it certainly exists. Someone stated...

That seems odd. She was up at the mailboxes at 9AM? Didn't she text KP at 10:40AM? Unless she went for a really long run, she went there twice?

What about CG and his burner phone hotline? Once the reverse ransom video was released, would a judge grant a warrant to allow LE to monitor that number? If I were the kidnappers, I certainly wouldn't assume I could call that number with immunity, no matter the assurances made by CG. It's most...

Randon tip for Tapatalk users: If you don't necessarily want to announce that you are posting each message from your whatever phone using Tapatalk, go to the home screen and click on the icon that looks like a person. Under settings>signature, that option can be turned off.

The Post has been losing money for decades. It doesn't exist to serve the public interest. Tabloid journalism might be mainstream, but it's also completely unreliable and agenda driven. JMO, of course.

Sounded like an old quote. Just some worthless innuendo from an equally worthless "news" organization.

It was stated somewhere that their house was KP's childhood home, so probably owned by his parents. No mortgage would help SP be a SAHM, but it seems obvious that SP wasn't a target for ransom because of personal riches. But now we hear about "wealthy relatives", so a money motive can't be...

I was just reading about that case. It's weird that they would be the same age and share a slight resemblance, and that they disappeared in the same general area while out jogging, but it's hard to imagine Troy Zink isn't responsible for Smiths disappearance. I bet LE took a look at him in the...

There was some speculation in an earlier thread that the AD was British. Does anyone know where that idea came from? I only bring it up because I feel fairly confident that those letters were written by an American.
